Standards were very high. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for all our activities across the city.
Staff were very responsive to any enquiry, one was just not enough.
If I were to be very picky I would say extra Tea towels especially with bigger groups.
Maybe a hand towel along with bath towel

The location is nice.
They just don’t care after the booking. If you have an issue then sorry no help is coming. The WiFi never worked so neither could we work or watch the TV. Their solution turn router on and off. Didn’t work. We were there 2 days. No correction to it. And no compensation for a 450 GBP per night they need to up their game. It’s horrible.
