Friends weekend away

Location was great, within walking distance to Princes Street, the Old Town and other popular places to visit.

The stairs to the apartment were very worn making it difficult to get a good footing on. I didnt feel safe walking on them. The lower level steps had been repaired to some extent and I think they should consider doing the upper level too.

Great location and okay apartment - not stunning!

Great location, easy access from the TRAM. Lots of space in the bedrooms. We fitted 8people.

Lot of stains on pillows, mattress and walls etc. Dark and dirty staircase. Slow wifi if many connected. Lot of frost in the freezer.

Spacious, convenient and well located. Could do with some minor embellishments.

The location was within a short walking distance from the old centre. High ceilings and spacious rooms.

We did not receive the code for the key box and had to call. We were given a wrong code, before the correct one. The key boxes are not numbered and we were only told how to identify it on our second phone call. The entrance hall was very dirty. Bedroom was noisy and cold. The person I interacted with was not friendly and did not understand my enquiry about leaving the keys on departure, as we had forgotten the code given to us over the phone.
