Good kitchen facilities, good natural light. Handy to be able to do washing. Car park was a bonus! Short walk to the tram.
The stairs - very steep and really difficult carrying suitcases up. The arm chairs were moldy like they had been left outside.

My family and I, really enjoyed the property both the bathroom and kitchen was clean the comfortable beds were a Godsend. The property is well located in Edinburgh for public transport and good restaurants nearby including supermarkets.
The host even provided some breakfast groceries- Thank you so much! 😊
Unfortunately, there was no pool and gym access due to maintenance. The hot weather was amazing which would have been great for the family!
Nevertheless, Don't be discouraged it's a beautiful place and has an outside balcony to chill with a glass of wine, mocktail or your morning coffee!

The location was great, and the decor were nice. The host was polite, helpful and responsive.
The sofas could benefit from shampooing, had stains and this gave the whole flat a dirty feel! The towels were old and discoloured, could do with new towels! The host left a cot bed and a high chair that we requested outside the flat for us instead of setting it up ready for use, this was disappointing. The flat is a wee nice budget place. If you’ve little ones, there’s not stair gate but we managed okay with our toddler, supervised at all times or kept in a a room with the door shut.
