The staff were amazing, always smiling and happy to help.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. But if I had to pick something? Then the food wasn't great.

Everything was good overall. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was good with plenty of food to choose from. The pool was excellent, always clean and well maintained, and the entire hotel was very clean.
The dinner menu was quite similar every evening, so a bit more variety would be appreciated.

i loved the pools and the overall hotel was very nice and a great place to stay at, we ended up getting a DELUXE room in order to be close to the other room we had book due to the fact that the hotel couldn't actually put the two rooms we wanted next to each other, it was a great decision, made our stay so much nicer and we had access to the deluxe pool.
Unfortunately the staff wasn't the most comfortable to be around the front desk lady was kinda rude to us , didn't make us feel comfortable, but other then that the whole staff was kind and there's a man who works at the front desk also , he was very kind he helped us when someone got injured next to the pool, the down side of the hotel was it was relatively far from Kos town by walking, and if you do go you shouldn't expect the front desk to call you a taxi , we had to go to the other hotel to get a taxi,
