It's located about a mile from the Historic Paso Robles downtown area. Paso's downtown area includes; shopping, tasting rooms, restaurants, theaters, and the downtown city park. The Paso Robles Mid-State Fair is just blocks away. And Paso Horse Park is just a few minutes drive away as well! If you are visiting the area for our famous Paso Robles Wine Counry, it begins just miles from the home, down a beautiful, country, scenic road! Our beds are Queen size in both the bedrooms, and there is a Queen size pillow top sleeper sofa in the living room. The house is on a interior corner lot surround by a old stone walls and has outdoor patios for your enjoyment. All of the quaint touches you would expect on an old home with the amenities you seek today. Come relax and retreat in The Cornerstone Cottage!! *The owners have a few vacation rentals near by if we are booked for your days or your friends would like to join on your vacation!*

Spent the days inside due to rain but it was wonderful. The house was very comfortable and the Christmas tree added a festive atmosphere. Wildlife was a nice addition deer and Quail! Thank you for a place that invited relaxation!

The house was perfect for two couples. The location was perfect for the wineries and restaurants we visited. Caroline was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We would love to stay here again!

I visited Paso with my nieces. The property was nice. I would give a 4.5 rating. The bedrooms are well appointed. The kitchen is just okay. The wine glasses, utensils were not in great condition. We ended up not cooking. The upstairs shower stall is very small. But, overall it is centrally located and in safe neighborhood. It served our purpose to come home to crash and get out the next day. Thanks

This house is filled with charm! You feel it immediately upon first sight. From the wooden beams, the hardwood floors, the furnishings, etc. it exudes peace and tranquility. Super clean! When we arrived, a deer was making itself at home on the front lawn. A mother and her fawn were in the back. Just delightful!

This place was the perfect home for a two month stay in Paso Robles away from the long Minnesota winter. We arrived mid January, left two months later amid flowering almond trees and daffodils. So many wineries, so little time! We walked to four star restaurants, enjoyed the craftsman architecture along the way, friendly neighbors and our wonderful hosts. The house is full of authentic personality, vintage hardware, constructed with meticulous detail located in a very quiet mellow neighborhood. We enjoyed the cozy gas fireplace nearly every evening. The kitchen is complete with high end appliances, gourmet cookware, plenty of dish ware and serving pieces. Our hosts, Caroline and Casey, were the best. We enjoyed spending time with them, their family and all their recommendations on activities, restaurants, etc as they both grew up here. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

This was our 3rd time here and have enjoyed each experience. Can walk into downtown or a short drive to the wineries. Very comfortable and good for hanging out and cooking with friends. The roaming deer are the surprise plus!!

We loved this quirky cottage home for our annual Paso Robles vacation! Very cozy living room with a gas fireplace for those chilly nights, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving dishes. Large bedrooms, real furniture, and comfy beds. Great find!

We loved the house. It was perfect for the three of us. Great location, close to everything. Communication was helpful. We came for the half marathon and we were able to check out an hour later. We will definitely book this house again.

The property was ideal for winery tours and downtown Paso and close for friends to visit from San Luis Obispo. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy but spacious. Whilst the property was just a tad too far to walk into Paso Uber was very easy.

We had a fabulous stay in this very adorable house. We loved all the original touches and the overall vibe of the home. It was a quick 5 minute drive to downtown and the fairgrounds, were we attended Three Speckled Hens. The complimentary bottle of wine at check in was a very nice touch and was enjoyed. :-) We on multiple occasions saw deer in the neighborhood, such a nice little treat. The only compliant is the backyard didn't look anything like the pictures online. It was dead and no cushions on furniture, just needs some water and a little love back there.

The house was exactly as pictured. Close to town yet far enough away to provide the perfect mix of proximity and tranquility. We came down to have as “home base” for the Whale Rock music festival, and couldn’t have been happier.

Very nice property in great location. Very quiet, but close to everything. Well equipped, very clean. The only negative was that mixing valves in both showers were not working well. My friends couldn't take showers in the downstairs bathroom.

We stayed for a couple days here and liked the vibe. Clean, comfy beds and the kitchen is stocked well with cooking and baking pans. The kitchen tap water however seemed a little murky. No wonder there's a Brita filter pitcher in the fridge. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.
