You’ll love my place, the neighborhood, the light, the coziness and the comfy bed clean! The following is the detailed description of the apartment and amenities. Please review the information to ensure this listing meets your needs: ・Your private apartment, kitchen, washing machine and bathroom (not shared) ・It's a spacious 1-bedroom condo that can host 4-5 people max (2 best). Bedding arrangement is based on the number of guests in reservation as shown below. 1. One full size (approx. 135x210cm) bed frame with mattress sleeps 2 guests. 2. One full size Japanese style floor futon* sleeps the 3rd and/or 4th guest(s). ・Good mattress, really comfortable! ・Foldable table and chair (in closet) ・Portable mirror (in closet) ・Unlimited WiFi ・Air conditioner (cool/heat), water heater with remote control ・Washing machine with air dry feature (not clothes dryer) ・Electric kettle, refrigerator ・Microwave oven, television, hair dryer (in closet) ・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, moose hand soap, facial tissue and toilet paper ・Clean face towel and bath towel ・Basic cooking utensils, frying pans, stock pots, bowls and dishes ・Iron and iron board (in closet) *If you have special request for bedding arrangement, please make sure to communicate with me before booking. Note: floor futon is not in the room. I need to inform cleaner company to prepare it for you. [Guest access] This is your own private space. You can access everything, except the items marked with "Cleaner Use". Communication with the host was great. The location was great and the photos looked good. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. The whole place smelt of mildew, there was some mold on the shower curtain and although we did have a sizeable balcony, we could barely use it because there was an old fridge and wash machine out there. We had no mugs, or plates. Which I found odd. And some sort of a table top or full length mirror would do wonders as we were 2 woman. We also were only provided one towel and one hand towel each. So that, along with the mildewy smell in the apartment/ washroom made our towels smell so bad I didn’t want to use mine for the last 2 days. One towel for 5 days is not enough! That’s the bad. Aside from that the room was spacious for Tokyo, the building was quiet and secure and you’re only about a 10 min walk from Shibuya which is nice. The building has an elevator but also has about 5 steps to get into the lobby which makes it difficult with heavy luggage.

Was a little confusing coming from the JR line as instructions are from metro. And couldn't find the exit mentioned. But got there in the end. Once there great, apartment as described, small but good for Tokyo and very good location. For the price don't think you can beat this place

Great location for 2 or 3 persons the most. Great directives from the manager & easy communication as well. Well equipped with a washing machine & all the necessary necessities. A bit stuffy & humid.

Location of the property is great, but instead of address we had pictures with directions. Naturally at 9 pm in the city you do not know, you can't find the place. I emailed the manager, got no reply. If not for the good Samaritan, (American, who had been living in Tokyo for 30 years) who spend 30 min with us looking for the place, we would not have been able to find it. When we finally found the lock box which was supposed to have two keys, there was one. Manager neglected to inform us about the change. We travel a lot and rent apartments everywhere, normally there is a manual with useful information about the apartment, etc. None here. Air-conditioning is operated by remote, everything in Japanese. When I emailed manager asking which button to push to put it on cold, he suggested I send him a picture of the remote that he can circle it and send it back. Finally I stopped communicating, building manager helped with AC. I could not use the hot plate and the wi-fi was useless for the same reason. As I said before, first time in all our travels we had such an attitude from the manager. But apartment is not bad, and location is good, ten minutes walk from Shibuya station.

We enjoyed our stay here the location was key. Nasuy was very responsive and answered my messages promptly. I would definitely rent this place again if it is available. The directions to the apartment was very good, Thanks Nasuy for a great place.

Perfect Shibuya location just a little ways away from the all the action (about 8-10 mins walk to Shibuya crossing). Everything was easy... there was a small problem with not finding the lockbox when I arrived but they were very kind to get it all sorted quickly. Definitely small but to be expected for a Japanese apartment.
