This is the place to stay in Khiva! The hotel is wonderful, modern, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location. But what really makes it special is the people who work here. Every single person was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. They made us feel completely at home and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
If you’re visiting Khiva and looking for a hotel, I highly recommend staying here. You’ll leave already wanting to come back!

Everything, really. It is a very kind family; they really care about helping you. They arranged both of our airport transfers. They prepared a picnic breakfast for us on the last day since we were leaving early for the airport. The location is magnificent, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. Thank you!

Do not be put off by the external appearance of the hotel when you arrive. Inside it's lovely. It's clean has the most comfortable bed in all of Uzbekistan. Friendly family run. Excellent breakfast (probably a bit too much).
Nothing. Amazing place

Lovely staff - super accommodating and helpful. Packed breakfasts for us when we had an early start, booked taxis and were very friendly. The location is exceptional - the perfect base to explore Khiva. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and v comfy.
Very little! The property was having renovations while we were there - not a problem for us, and I imagine once they’re complete the b&b will be even better :)
