ダルヴァザ地獄の門ツアーの前後に2泊しました。
間一日分キャリーケースを預かっていただけて助かりました。イチャン・カラの中に泊まれたことで夕方から夜のそぞろ歩きも楽しいものになりました。
チェックアウト後にタクシーとうまく落ち合えず、宿のマダムに予約し直していただいたのもとても助かりました。
1泊目は2階の眺望の良い部屋でしたが、ガラスにヒビが入っていた。
水圧は弱めかもしれません。

Location was great - inside Itchan Kala but able to have a taxi drop you off right in front of the door. While it wasn't right in the thick of it, it was a 5 minute walk to get.
Wifi worked great!
The room was clean, modern with 2 single beds, plenty of shelving and storage spaces. The bathroom was updated and the shower was great. It is in an ancient city so you had to toss used toilet paper in the garbage can, not into the toilet.
Breakfast was outstanding. You give the time you want breakfast and it is ready for you. The one morning I wouldn't be there because of a tour, I was provided with a fresh box breakfast. I was not expecting that!
There were a few young children there but almost never heard them up in my room so they were not a problem for sleeping etc. The area wasn't noisy at all.
Large bottles of water was provided too.
Booking specifically says they take credit card, but they insisted on cash payment. I don't appreciate a bait and switch. It's fine - but don't say you take card if you don't want to.
They do not speak English and because it is their house, I had to take my shoes off at the door. I respect a house's rules but I'd rather not do that. I carried my shoes up to my room. I also didn't expect it to be in someone's house in general. That may have been obvious, but not to me. I felt uncomfortable at times after I had problems checking in and refused to let their young daughter keep my passport until a parent came by to register me. I will hang on to it and wait to register if that's the case. The dad showed up pretty quickly and did his best to make me comfortable.

Unless you specifically want to visit the palaces or mosque, there is no requirement to purchase the 250,000 ($21/€18/£16) city 2day ticket from tourist gate...
I also recommend the arugula salad from the Terrassa restaurant overlooking the square.. Also try the traditional green noodles 🍜
