Gorgeous view of the city from the second floor veranda. We enjoyed lazing around with some snacks watching the day go by.
Amazing breakfast. Definitely the best we've had in Uzbekistan. Accommodating host. Spacious and clean.
There's also a little market right by the guesthouse where you can grab anything you need. Very convenient. The family that runs it is super sweet.
Water pressure can get very low to none if other rooms are taking showers at the same time. I think it's worth it though.

The location was incredible, smack dab in the middle of Itchan Kala. The view from the terrace is truly spectacular!! It has probably one of the best views in all of Khiva. The breakfast was also delicious!
One thing is that the hotel said they would arrange a taxi for me the morning of my departure because I was leaving extremely early by train. I awoke to discover that didn’t happen, so was scrambling to find transport. It worked out in the end, but it was very very stressful

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and made us feel at home. Although we encountered an unexpected problem during our stay, the host responded immediately and was incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate their hospitality. We would definitely stay here again next time.
