The location was excellent. We had a beautiful view from our window. The room was well laid out. There was a bedside table on each side of the bed with electric plugs. Breakfast every morning was great and the balcony to eat it on was lovely. We opted to have the room cleaned every day and that was a good choice. It felt fresh and new for the three nights we stayed there.
We felt like they did a superb job. This was possibly the nicest place we stayed. At a character, cleanliness, and location

Nazira is an amazing spot to stay at. The views on Khiva are of course a big plus, the terrace is a perfect place to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. Also the breakfast was very nice with a lot of options.

Great location inside the city walls .. convenient for restaurants, sights and just watching the world go past
Lovely balcony for the hot hours
Good breakfast … lots of variety and healthy options
Nothing really. The showers are excellent but inside a bath. Perhaps a handrail to ensure you don’t slip or if you need assistance getting in and out.
