The family running it were polite and charming. The location was excellent
I would have liked the rubbish taken and clean towels every couple of days. I think if I had asked this would have been done, but I kept forgetting when I had the opportunity.
A lovely take away breakfast box was provided when I had a very early start.

This is an excellent location in the heart of Khiva. The staff were very friendly but communication was a little difficult. Excellent breakfast. The location is reachable by taxi although cars cannot access all of Khiva old town.
It was extremely hot when we were there and the first floor rooms were hot and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
