Brand newly built annex room in a family guest house. Excellent breakfast. Staff always willing to help,
Nothing.

What a lovely guest house in a great location! So close to Khiva's main area so you can easily go back and forth between the guest house and the key sites. Breakfast was HUGE - I couldn't finish everything! Friendly owners and very quiet location. Excellent value!! I loved being able to stay in and support a family business.
Shower head wasn't fixed on the wall which made it tricky to shower without putting water everywhere.

Very nice family and fun to stay in a place like this.

The family were trying hard to be helpful, The breakfast was plentiful.
The description on Booking, com does not make clear this is a very basic family guest house. Uncomfortable bed. No bedside light.Clean but tatty bathroom. The garden of the "garden view" was just a scruffy yard.
