We love everything, the people, the food, the place. This guest house is a gem. It is inside of the old city complex and it's very near the landmarks such as the madrassa, tower. You can just walk everywhere because of its proximity from the landmarks. Our host is a very nice and warm family. The patriarch waited for our arrival outside. The breakfast is hearty. And the house is very clean. Very good value for our money. You should come and book here and experience yourself! I put my photos in a Google map review?
We came in the end of spring, so the weather was hot for us and it was dusty outside.

Lovely & friendly family guesthouse inside the walls of historic Khiva (right next to Kalta Minor Minaret). Famously firm mattresses but still comfortable, and a large & wonderfully homely breakfast. Incredible city to visit in the spring time.

This is a quiet, cozy family house with only 3 rooms. All rooms open in a nicely decorated common area where each room has its own breakfast table. The family works hard to respond to any questions guests may have. The grandmother prepares a good breakfast. Location is very close to the main sites.
