I liked everything. The place is with top location inside the walls of the old city, very clean with good breakfast. The staff was very kind.
Nothing.

Amazing location, you can walk the entire old city from this place and comfortably return whenever you need something from your personal belongings. good personell
Ground floor rooms are barely protected from noise in the lobby, and the noisy doors.

Excellent location inside Ichan Kala, close to the gate where you can enter without buying a ticket. The room is small but cozy, with a comfortable bed, very clean, and a good breakfast.
There is no refridge or kettle in the room. You can make tea and coffee on the first floor, but having a kettle in the room would be better.

This hotel is located in a quiet area within the old city, so this makes sightseeing very easy. Overall it is a cheap accommodation but probably it is worth spending a little more for some basic amenities.
The room was very basic, much simpler than shown in the photos. The beds were uncomfortable, and there were no blackout curtains. Breakfast was limited, of poor quality, and only served between 8–10 AM. My room was on the ground floor, opening directly onto the entrance/atrium where guests had breakfast, which made it noisy and lacking privacy. The staff showed little sense of hospitality, spoke minimal English, and appeared uninterested in assisting tourists.
