Beyond the amenities and comfort, this boutique hotel offers a warm, traditional experience.Their breakfast spread, with Khiva specialities, as well as its presentation seem like a warm hug in a foreign land. The host and his family took care of our every need with care. By the end of our stay, as we were checking out, it felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

The owner Kamoladdin was especially helpful. He went out of his way to provide us with a personal driver for the fortresses tour. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The breakfasts were homely and delicious. We were provided with a fast laundry service and all of our questions were catered to. In addition, we went out to a local lunch on our last day. A big thank you to you and your family. KATTA RAHMAT. Bakhtiyar AND Dashielbek Darmon.
We loved our stay in Khiva and without a doubt the best, most authentic place in Uzbekistan (after the Fergana Valley - being biased 😁).

Everything about this hotel was nice! The staff was amazing. Very helpful with everything. The location was just perfect inside the walls! Few minutes walking from everything!
The room was very bright which I loved and it gave a little view on the minaret 😍 I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast though.
Nothing. Maybe just the toilet could be improved but it was okay.
