This sunny family home has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full dormer upstairs, deck with barbecue, hammock, new fenced in yard. Cable TV in 3 bedrooms & living-room, high speed wifi Internet access. We also have a multi-gym in basement. Great, safe family neighborhood, no through traffic. Beautiful deck in private back yard setting; lawn furniture & board games. Very quiet private roads, perfect for roller blades, skateboarding & bike riding on the nearby bike path. Close to the area golf courses, bike paths, charter fishing boats, island ferries, shopping, and dining. Bring your Kayak or Canoe and have fun! Great family development and home. If you are looking for a great community with amenities, look no more. The 5 bedroom cape has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. This is a family friendly development with many amenities including pool*, lighted tennis courts*, baseball field, volleyball, basketball. Linens and towels can be provided for fee. High speed internet access, please bring your own computer. Newer appliances, furniture and grill. One entrance into this development means no through traffic! *There is an Association fee to use the pool and tennis facilities. Renters can opt not to use the facilities and still rent our home. Great Harbors is the best family neighborhood on Cape Cod! Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We also rent for weddings, family reunions, leaf peeping, and golf tournaments. Have your wedding on the Cape: This is a great property to have your family stay together on your special day. Golf, Boat, Kayak & Canoe: Come play at one of the many professional golf courses in Falmouth and on Cape Cod. Ballymead, Falmouth Country Club,and Willow Bend are very close to us. Public boat ramps 2 minutes away. Bring your Kayak and Canoe and launch at the end of the street! Sunsets are spectacular in Great Harbors. Daily events planned, check clubhouse board for details. ***Note- Association charges separate fee for renters for use of pool and tennis facilities. Property owner has no control over this fee. If you want to use the pool/tennis facilities please note payment needed before arrival. Renters can decline use of pool and tennis and still rent home in beautiful development. 2019 fee is $295 for first 6 people and $50/per person over 6 people. Children 3 and under free.

Well situated for trips to the Vineyard and all the beaches around Falmouth, the large back yard provided a wonderful space to relax after our adventures. Paul took good care of us.

Our family of 7 very much enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised. Great access to the community pool and a short distance to great beaches. Our host was very attentive to our needs and we could not have asked for more.

Great home to entertain family. Fenced in yard wa s great to setup pool for infants and deck was plenty big enough to host dinner for eight. Very comfortable inside with AC throughout, amazing gym in cellar and the community pool was great after a day at the beach. Also downtown Falmouth restaurants were equally amazing

Preface this review by saying this house is between 3 and 4 stars. Due to a change in our vacation plans we started our search in early July so there were few rental options. With that said, I believe the price of this house is on the high end given the location, and, when all is said and done, the weekly price is $3,289 plus a $265 fee to use the pool/tennis courts and then a $500 deposit... comes to over $3,500 for house and pool/tennis facilities or $4,000 with deposit. Maybe this is par for Falmouth but recall seeing other rentals for less but they were not available. We only used the pool/tennis facilities for three days so was not worth it. They do have activities there as well but they are limited and we never used any of them. Some of the instructions to the property are confusing as they are not updated. One set says linens are available for a fee and the other says they are included. The grill is listed as having an ignition that does not work and requires a match. But the grill was replaced and works. The grill was also left on by previous tenants and it was extremely dirty. The electronic lock for the front door has instructions but sometimes it locks on first try and other times it takes 15 tries to lock it. Part of the House was not clean when we arrived including the grill, refrigerator and upstairs bathroom... we cleaned them... minor inconvenience. The beds were way too soft for our liking... as in sinking soft. The window unit air conditioners are in all the bedrooms and were very loud... just had to get used to them. There is no AC in the kitchen/living room/dining room but there is a ceiling fan. The cuisinart coffee maker did not work well at all so we stopped using it... but there is a keurig type unit with pods which worked. The stairs going upstairs are on the steep side so keep that in mind for older renters. Same goes for stairs going to basement. The positives: kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer/dryer downstairs in basement, there is a universal fitness set up in basement, there are 5 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a nice sized back yard with a hammock, and a ground level deck that has two tound tables with umbrellas. Additionally there is WiFi and two flat screen TVs albeit smaller and lower end but both have cable with some premium channels. Overall the house is decent and served its purpose but found it to be on the expensive side.

Location good. Nice neighborhood and convenient to pool. Lifeguards shouting “WALK” every 5 seconds for no good reason was a big bummer at the pool. They were out of control at times with their reprimands over kids having safe fun that spoiled some of our time there. Grill and deck furniture were perfect. Fridge was big with handy ice maker and owner left a cooler for us to use. Nice feature with keypad at front entrance so no actual key was needed. Plenty of towels and sheets. Could have used a recycle bin outside. Would stay here again.

The house was set up perfect for our needs. The backyard was amazing! We spent most nights outside. Amazing trip. We would recommend this house. Paul, the owner, was easy to work with and took care of all our needs.

We had a great time at this home. There is ample room in the bedrooms and the enclosed yard was great for the kids. Well stocked. All cooking pots, pans and utensil's we could ever need were provided. New gas grill and private yard. Keureg coffee maker with complimentary coffee provided. We were very comfortable and are looking forward to going back.

Great family house. Bedrooms were large with plenty of comfortable beds. Towels and linens were provided, which is a huge convenience. Back yard was fenced in and great for kids, back deck and grill were perfect for cooking and dining outside. Close to all Falmouth has to offer. Kids loved the association pool and playground. Only thing missing was an outside shower. Looking forward to next year already.
