Located in East Falmouth, this lovely house for $550 per night is a great choice for your next break. A beautifully renovated single family Cape-Cod style home for rent a few blocks walk from Menauhant Beach and 3.5 miles to restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth. The house has a fantastic open concept living area for easy entertaining or family gatherings. The back yard and lower deck are perfect for a BBQ, volley ball match, game of croquet, or just an area for the kids to run around. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and an upper deck for sunbathing or enjoying your morning coffee. An upstairs reading room offers a relaxing spot if the weather is not perfect. There is a downstairs master suite with first floor laundry. Three other guest bedrooms (one over the garage with its own bath and t.v. area – perfect for evening movies, or as a second master with king size bed), one with a queen size bed and trundle bed, and the last with queen size bed and a sunny view over the back yard. Explore the area by bike via the Shining Sea Bike Path or stroll the quaint village of Falmouth for some afternoon shopping or a nice meal. Temporary passes can be obtained on a weekly basis to enjoy the many beautiful beaches that line Falmouth shores some an easy walk and all an easy drive away. Take a ride to Woods Hole or Hyannis for a day trip via ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. The Upper Cape is easy to get to just over the Bourne bridge but still offers all the things that make a Cape Cod vacation memorable and fun. Ice cream shops, museums, and Mashpee Commons with shops, restaurants and a great movie theater are all nearby for your enjoyment. Final booking price will include the MA State, Town and Clean Water taxes now applicable in Massachusetts (12.45%).

We had a fantastic week staying at this home for our first time. Been renting different homes on the cape every year for over 17 years and this house stands out in many good ways. Anne is a really pleasant host, easy to work with and helpful. It has everything you need and is ideal for a good size group / family and you can bring your dog, a big plus! We had 6 people with us and we had a visitor stay overnight, never felt even close to crowded.. Even with all the space, the home is cozy. The kitchen was well appointed with supplies and we made dinner and ate in several nights, not missing for anything needed for cooking. Bedrooms all good too -- I'm fussy about my bed and had no problem with comfort at all. Now the important part; Menauhant beach is a 10 minute walk away and a very nice beach, you won't be disappointed. Biking there was really easy. Plenty of beach supplies in the home too along with an outdoor shower. Anyway, this is our first time staying in Falmouth for vacation (always been Chatham / Harwich) and we'll definitely be returning. Malcolm

We just had an amazing week, this home is beautiful with lots of extra living space to make it comfortable for a multi generational family. The outside space was great too with a big table to eat and nice outdoor furniture for relaxing. The beds were all comfortable and the house was fully stocked. The beach was about a 10 minute walk, we would drop things off with the car and then walk or bike back. Very nice, quiet, friendly pretty neighborhood & plenty of parking. Would definitely rent again!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this rental. This truly was the perfect home base for our family’s Cape trip. Anne’s house was welcoming, cozy, clean and equipped with everything and anything you could imagine. My family — which varied in ages from our infant to my 80 year-old grandmother —were more than comfortable; and we were so incredibly excited and appreciative that our fur baby was able to be a house guest as well. Anne was also highly communicative prior to our arrival, and was very responsive addressing any questions or concerns we had. We hope to make an annual tradition of returning to this beautiful place in Falmouth!

This home is beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. The yard is awesome. The owners are very easy to communicate with and always available on their cell phones. The location is great and Falmouth is full of things to do and great restaurants. We stayed for a week with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters. The week went by too fast. I would love to return to Falmouth and would hope this home is available. Thank you Anne and Russ for making our stay great.

We had a great time at Anne’s house in Falmouth. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and about a 10 min walk to Menahaunt Beach and a very short walk to the public marina, where we put in stand-up paddleboards. That was really convenient so we didn’t have to carry our paddleboards too far. Our dog was welcome and loved being with us on vacation. The yard is nice and flat, so great for some yard games. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for everyone. I didn’t realize until we got there that one of the 2nd floor bedrooms is open to the 1st floor, without a door. That was not an issue for us. Anne was great about being quickly responsive to minor issues. We’d love to stay again!

The pictures do not do this house justice. The house is beautiful and in a great location. There was enough space for us to break away - and more importantly - all be together with ease. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was really well stocked. Whether we were inside in the kitchen prepping a meal or in the den sharing stories or on the huge couch binging a tv show or whether we were outside barbecuing or having a glass of wine on the deck or playing a backyard game, our family was having a wonderful vacation! Loved this rental!!!

Property is exactly what is shown on the listing. Large enough for our family. Very nice large back yard for games and the dog. Short walk to a small beach. Kitchen was better stocked with various utensils than my own.

We rent on the cape every year, and this was our favorite rental to date by far. The house is huge and in excellent condition. It's quiet and in a nice neighborhood. The property owners are super responsive (not that we needed anything, but the few questions I did ask during the process were answered fast!) The kitchen has all the same nice appliances I have at home (literally to the make and model), so I felt very at home! And the washer and dryer in the laundry room were much better than what I have at home! LOL You can walk to Menauhant beach, and it's a 15 minute drive to our favorite Falmouth beaches of Woodneck and Old Silver. You can get a Falmouth beach sticker using the rental agreement. So convenient! We went on some scenic jogs from the house too (it's only about 2.5 miles to Falmouth Heights). Can't wait to stay there again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated home. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The house is comfortably furnished. There is plenty of space inside and out (we brought 8 people). It is a short walk to the beautiful marina and beach. It is also close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. I would definitely rent this home again.

We had a great stay at this house! It was the perfect size for our extended family of 3 adult couples and a family of 3. The yard is awesome for lawn games, the kitchen is big enough for multiple people cooking/preparing food and there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone to feel like they have their own space. The beach is a quick walk for adults, or easy enough to drive & drop off a group, then bike back. There is a lot to do in the Falmouth area, highly recommend this property!

We stayed here for two weeks in July. It was the perfect vacation for our family this year, a lovely home just a 1/2 mile to beautiful beaches and a short drive to downtown. Anne provided us with lots of information upon arrival and was quick to respond to our questions. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed the deck and spacious backyard as well. I highly recommend this home for big families - lots of room to gather and also to have your own space.

Our stay was just perfect ! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Near and clean, plenty of wide open living space upstairs and downstairs. We had four generations staying at the house. From 4 weeks old to 82 years old. 6 adults and 2 babies. More than enough room! Great location with plenty of foood walking with sidewalks. 7 minute walk to beach. I highly recommend this house ! We will certainly rent again !
