The property is very nicely maintained and recently updated. It is very well equipped with comfortable furniture and kitchen is well stocked.

Very clean, bright space for our summer family vacation! We appreciated the large yard for 4 year old child to play and enjoy, the large driveway for some family to come and go for work during the week and the outdoor table for dinners together. Close proximity by car to downtown, minutes from Cape Cod Winery and short drive to beaches. Great experience with Jad's home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable. The yard is beautifully landscaped with shrubs and flowers. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck. The yard was great for the grandkids and for games. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Falmouth Fish Market was great for ordering lobsters cooked to perfection. Surf Beach was great for our crowd. Took a day trip to Marconi Beach which was stunning with seals swimming close to shore. House location was perfect and central to shopping, beaches. Lots of beach chairs.
Went clamming for first time at Bourne Pond which is right across the street from another one of the beaches which was perfect for us. Smitty’s Ice Cream was right around the corner and a really fun place for great ice cream with an old trolley outside for the kids to play in and live piano music!
House is air conditioned. Bathrooms were clean, dishwasher and washer and dryer worked well. The house is bright and airy with big screen TV and a huge sectional couch.
Jad, the owner was extremely helpful for questions and very responsive. The traffic getting on to the cape was not bad at all. We crossed the bridge around 2pm and only had an 8 minute wait. Highly recommend this home! Thank you Jad! 💙🦞⛱️

We really had a great time staying at this house. It was exactly like the pictures and the description. The very pretty house was comfortable for our group, and the location was convenient. We had everything we needed. The whole process was smooth and painless. Staying at this property was a major reason why we had such a great vacation.

Great House on the Cape
Amazing stay for a family trip to the Cape. We had 7 adults stay comfortably. The house was spotless, beautifully updated and within a short drive or bike ride to Falmouth, the Cape Cod Winery and so much more. Jad was a great communicator and helpful host.

Mystic Getaway
Overall the place was great and communication with Jed was fantastic. The only disappointments were that it said for amenities the bikes were included, but the tires in the bikes were flat and airpump wasn't working. We ended up renting bikes. Also the listing says there are queen beds, but there was no queen size bed. The master bedroom was a full and same with the other bedrooms.

Great stay for families
My family and I had a wonderful time while staying here! Jad was very easy to connect with and the home was near many attractions (beaches, restaurants, winery, groceries, shopping, etc). We hope to stay here again!

AUGUST 2020 Vacation
The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. TV's posed some difficulties for us but may be due to us not being familiar with Xfinity product. Bedrooms on the first floor were a little to warm but ceiling fans provided some needed relief. Owner, Jad, was very responsive when we needed her. Overall our stay was quite pleasant.

A great 10 days in Falmouth!
The house was great for me and my family. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms, huge backyard, great deck, close to Falmouth Heights beach, Island Queen ferry to MV, and about 3-4 miles from Falmouth Center and the shining sea bike path. There is a lot to do in Falmouth! One recommendation is to bring an extra fan or two, some of the bedrooms were a little warm despite the ceiling fans. Jad is 100% super fast with responding to any questions. Would definitely rent here again!

Week in Cape Cod
This home was very easy and comfortable for a week’s stay in the Cape. Not too far from downtown Falmouth and beaches. On the days we didn’t feel like doing anything we were able to comfortably stay “home” and read and eat in with ample comfortable seating and tables

This house was great for our family get together with a bunch of kids. There were a lot of various types of beaches and ponds to go to. Close to ferries as well for day trips.

This property had everything we needed during our week long vacation even a cake pan for my cinnamon coffee cake! It was very spacious and the back yard was a great size. We had a wonderful time making some amazing memories.

THE HOME IS CHARMING
We have been renting this home in Aug. of 2015 and Aug. 2016. There has been as many as 10 overnight and there was plenty of room. The home in located near Falmouth center and about 5 miles from Old Silver Beach which is the best beach in Falmouth There also 3 beaches closer than Old Silver. The home is a couple of blocks from Route 28 one of the main roads on the cape so it is easy to take day trips around the cape. The deck with a table and gas grill fits everyone along the large backyard which is perfect. The first year we rented this home we had a problem with the washing machine. I contacted Jad and she went out of her way to make sure that we had a perfect vacation. Thank you Jad for letting us use your home for the 2 weeks in the summer. I will recommend your home to others, as long as they don’t take the weeks we want.

Charming home in convenient location.
Spent the most wonderful week with my family at this charming home. Had 8 total people and it was so much more spacious than the pictures appear. Also a nice big yard for the kids to run around in after a day of sight seeing. Having never been to the Cape before we found this to be the perfect location. We took day trips to Hyannis, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, Plymouth, and ferry to Provincetown. We explored Falmouth and enjoyed the beaches and many restaurants in the area. Overall one of our best vacations ever!

Relaxing Weekend Stay
Had a fantastic ladies weekend in Falmouth at this lovely home. There were 8 of us in total and the house felt very spacious, with more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and backyard and made use of the great new grill. The home is very well stocked with all of the equipment that you would need for cooking. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood very close (around 3 miles) to beautiful beaches where we spent the afternoons relaxing. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy Falmouth and the surrounding area.

Wonderful accomodations
We stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. There were 2 families with 5 teenagers. The house was perfect; kids upstairs and adults down. The home was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in each shower; an added bonus. The backyard was perfect for yard games. It is close to downtown, beaches, and stores. If ever on the Cape again, I would rent here again. Jad was very nice to deal with. Thank you Jad!

Beautiful Cape Cod Style Home
Seven of us and a baby stayed for a week in this beautifully landscaped, clean home. This was our first trip to "The Cod". It was very convenient to stores, ferry boat, beaches, and most surprising, not knowing the area, just 5 minutes to the wedding we attended! What a fun place for all of us to stay. There was even a carpeted play area for the baby in the basement, and he loved running around in the backyard, kicking a ball, chasing bubbles and smelling the beautiful flowers. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Being new to using VRBO, we were so pleased with the communication received by the owners. Really put our minds at ease. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend our vacation at your home.

Exactly as advertised
House was perfect for our little group vacation. Rooms are big, clean and exactly as described. Kitchen had everything that you could need for cooking (lobster pot included). Backyard was perfect for outdoor activities such as volley ball and croquet. Owners were always quick to respond to our emails and very helpful. Plenty of stores, beaches, golf and other amenities are all a quick car trip away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean, super relaxing and central location!
I just had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for a long weekend. The house is not too far from the Bourne/Sagamore bridges which makes antsy passengers very happy!The house is clean and well stocked with all of the basics. The kitchen and backyard come together nicely for low key BBQs overlooking the nicely manicured yard. Stores, beaches, and the ferry to the Vineyard very close so you can enjoy your time at your destination rather than sitting in traffic. Will definitely be back!

Kudos for this Cape House!
Our family of 7 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cape house. The amenities that are listed were accurate, the location was a short driving distance from several beaches, and the house offered the comforts of home. The well-maincured yard is spacious and provided plenty of room for lawn games and leisure time. We grilled and enjoyed our dinners on the deck. The house is a short distance to the sights, restaurants and shops of Falmouth.
In addition, the owners were most helpful whenever I had a question or inquiry with regard to rental information or the area. It was a pleasure to have spent our time here.

A great Cape Escape
Had a great experience with this rental. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. Terrific back yard and deck, and well supplied kitchen. There was more than enough room for our 4 adults and 4 kids, and the kids loved that they could each have their own bed in the very large upstairs room. The beaches and Main Street area are a short and easy drive from the house, and it was a great launching point for other Cape day trips. I would easily stay here again and recommended it to family and friends.
