For shopping the property is located halfway between Mashpee Commons and Falmouth Center (4 miles either way). The home is Saltbox Style located on a quiet gravel road. It boasts an open living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. A Fully Equipped kitchen. First floor Master Bedroom with a very comfortable and fully adjustable sleep number bed with a split control and a dedicated Master Bathroom. Queen Bedroom Upstairs with an extremely comfortable and adjustable base Tempurpedic Mattress. Bunkbed equipped Bedroom Upstairs with 4 twins Full Bathroom upstairs. Additional 1/2 Bathroom on the First Floor Central A/C. A Queen Size Sofa Bed in the basement family room with a comfortable mattress. A lot of space to Hang out. The living space and master bedroom open through two sliding doors to a large deck with great water views and stairs down to the dock. We had a cozy, comfortable and festive stay at this beautiful rental. The hosts put up Christmas decorations to make our stay extra special. The home is fully stocked with everything you’ll need - and it was incredibly organized, something you don’t always find with vacation rentals. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!

We stayed as a family for one week. It was very, very comfortable and cosy. We felt very much "at home" their. Used the kayaks twice. Our son loved it very much. We can only highly recommend this house to anyone who would like to relax and have a wonderful time. Also the neighborhood is very pleasant. We went jogging many times. If we ever come back to this region, we would always stay here! kind regards from Germany Jan

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your home! The house was completely updated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The dock was huge hit, we fished and kayaked and watched the swans swim by every day. We hope to rent again on our next trip to Falmouth!

We just returned from a 2 week stay at this beautiful home. Everything about it was so comfortable and inviting. The beds and linens were perfect. It was very well stocked with anything you would need. My grandchildren loved the dock and outdoor shower. We loved the ability to use the kayaks and paddle boards. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was taken care of immediately! The location was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

We recently rented for four days for my daughter's wedding. Loved this beautiful home! It was spotless and decorated so pretty. It has a long wrap around deck overlooking the water which lets in plenty of light. The owner was so thoughtful. I especially loved the pennies by the bed. It gave us good luck for a wonderful wedding day. I wanted to stay for the whole summer! Highly, highly recommend 👌

So nice to arrive to such a lovely home with a beautiful view of the inlet behind the house. The house was recently renovated and has a peaceful color scheme and very functional layout. The situation was perfect for our week-long family reunion. We loved staying here!
