About this house rental
Situated in East Falmouth, this lovely house for $599 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 5 bedroom dream house in East Falmouth with direct oceanfront views from every bedroom and bathroom, covered porch steps away from the ocean with a TV, private porch off the master bedroom, big front lawn and back lawn with patio and grill directly on the ocean. Private association beach is just around the corner with a beach volleyball court. The house has been recently renovated and decorated. You will be among the first guests to stay at our house and we are excited to welcome you. Our Cape Cod house is meticulously cleaned top to bottom before arrival and we will do everything to ensure your stay is perfect. Depending on the month, you can see sunrise and sunset from the house. You look right out and see Martha's Vineyard. The July 4 fireworks happen behind the house. You are close to downtown (just 5 min away) but far enough away to have quiet. On the main floor, there is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area that can seat up to 12 people, and living room area, all with full ocean views. There is a queen bedroom facing the ocean with a writing desk, and a bedroom with two bunk beds perfect for children or adults. There are built in speakers (bluetooth controlled) in the living room as well as outside on the ocean. Adjacent and just outside to these rooms is a large covered porch. The large guest bathroom is situated adjacent to these rooms. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with ocean views and adjacent bathroom with original black and white tiling. At the back of the queen bedroom lies a private closet area that can also serve as a quiet space to place a crib. The next room serves as either a bedroom with two twin daybeds or a sitting room for guests with a full ocean view as well. On the other side of this room lies the master bedroom, meticulously decorated with views of the ocean and an adjoining private patio. The master bath contains a large rain head shower and two vanities. Enjoy a large walk-in closet as well.

The property is beautiful. The location is very nice, although there was some minor property damage to the yard from a storm a few days before our arrival. Not a big deal because we weren’t expecting to use outdoor space in December. The only real negative from the storm was that we could not see/appreciate the beautiful views from inside the main floor (which are part of what you are paying for with this property) because they were literally covered with sand from the storm. Other than that the house was spotlessly maintained inside. The home and beds were very comfortable and the owner Scott was very responsive and communicative. I would stay again.

This home was everything you could possibly ask for…..perfectly clean, amazing views, spacious, & and a great location. We loved being right next to the water, and the charming town was nearby for fun shopping and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful as well!

This oceanfront home is absolutely gorgeous. Ocean views from every room with large windows. The home is decorated beautifully - open airy modern yet coastal colors and feel. Kitchen has everything a chef could want! The owner, Scott, is extremely responsive and got back to us within a minute - literally a minute when asked questions! I travel a lot and all over - and this is probably the nicest home I’ve had the pleasure of staying. And one of the best hosts too! More than 5 stars…100 stars!

This home was spectacular. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Right on the water with lots of boat traffic. Even saw seals. Close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor areas including covered porch to sit when it was raining. We will definitely be returning.

This property lived up to all the hype. There was easy access and the property was meticulously maintained. You’re near everything such as beaches, restaurants and shopping. You also will enjoy the quiet and tranquility of the neighborhood that the home is situated in while enjoying the serene view of the ocean and Martha’s Vineyard from the back yard. The phrase you get what you pay for is reflected in this ocean front rental.

This is the most stunning, comfortable, and convenient location for a nice beach getaway. The home is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. I was in awe of the functional floor plan and delighted with all the amenities available. There is so much space for entertaining but it is also amazingly romantic if you wanted a more low key evening with your loved one. The views of the ocean are breathtaking from any room in the home and the sounds of the ocean were the perfect way to drift in dreamland. Anyone would be lucky to stay in this charming Cape Cod home.

Great house in an awesome location. Open living spaces tastefully decorated and great views on the water. Love the way you see the moonshine on the water. Short drive into the village. Short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Short drive to Martha’s Vineyard ferry, but leave extra time if you want to park in the ferry’s parking lot because there is a shuttle from the lot to the boat.

We stayed at Scott's house before and after our wedding at Falmouth Yacht Club. It provided us a large area to get ready, and enjoy each other's company while enjoying a great view of Martha's Vineyard. The house was well stocked and laid out very well.

Fabulous house! This gorgeous home is all that is described and more. Our family of 5 adults and 4 children under 3 had a marvelous time. The beach was so close and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The primary bedroom was stunning.

Great for large families!
This property is nothing short of spectacular. From the beautiful ocean view, calming interior design, and short walk to the beach everything seems to have been done to ensure a relaxing vacation. We are a large family (6 adults and 6 teenagers) and never once did we feel cramped during our weeklong stay. You can be together and yet still retreat to your own quiet space inside or outside. Scott has thought of everything. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels along with a cart to tote everything we needed for our days at the beach—which is only a 3-minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious property and would definitely love to return.

Amazing views, 5 minute walk to the beach, short drive to grocery stores & restaurants. The house was well equipped and our family enjoyed spending time together inside in the beautiful kitchen/living room/dining room, as well as, the outdoor covered patio. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and perfect for walking with the kids. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect venue
We initially fell in love with this house through the photos. But the photos, which are so beautiful, cannot prepare you for how epically and breathtakingly stunning this home is. There is an absolutely perfect view from every room. The house is incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and perfectly appointed. It's so conveniently close to the beach and to town amenities, yet simultaneously feels cozy and secluded. Scott was an amazingly kind, accommodating, and communicative host. Truly a perfect venue for a vacation and we can't wait to visit again! Thank you, Scott!

Awesome house
We enjoyed the house situated on an amazing property in a beautiful town. It’s a special experience to be so close to the ocean in so much comfort. Large enough for us all to spread out. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The one challenge for us was that we had 5 adults that needed to work remotely and the house is not set up for that.

Stunning house
The ocean views from the kitchen are breathtaking and the house is absolutely stunning. We had 8 people sleeping in the house and it did not feel crowded at all. We enjoyed a day on the private beach that is just a short walk away. The place was perfect and we hope to come back every year,

Great Home and Location
From the moment we books Scott was very on point. He sent us over a home tips sheet that listed about the community and home specifics. He even had local restaurants listed. The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. View was stunning. Location was also very convenient to local shops. We will definitely be staying here again.
