Nestled in Sunriver, this lovely house for $566 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12) Welcome to our wonderful vacation home at 31 Red Cedar, Sunriver. 10 SHARC passes are included! Note: 31 Red Cedar has a brand new (2024) Trex deck that overlooks the 14th fairway of the Woodlands golf course (photos coming soon). The home was extensively remodeled in 2013. The kitchen, all 3 baths, and the entry have been updated beyond what you will find in most Sunriver homes: extensive Italian tile, travertine, slate, granite, and stainless steel appliances. See pictures! This is an impressive, large home (2,730 square feet) for two to three families with a maximum of 12 people. The house is perfectly located in the center of Sunriver on the 14th fairway of the Woodlands golf course. 31 Red Cedar is on a secluded, peaceful street of high end homes. You will find all the amenities that you would expect, including a private hot tub, natural gas grill, pool table, foosball table, high speed wireless network, a DVD library, and a large deck that views both the golf course and Mt. Bachelor. Three new LCD High Definition TVs were recently added. There are a total of five TVs for your convenience. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The 3 bedrooms upstairs include the master with its own bath and king size bed. The two other bedrooms upstairs each have queen size beds and share a hall bath. Downstairs is a 4th bedroom which has two sets of bunk beds. Also downstairs is a queen size futon to sleep an additional 2 people. There are two family room areas in this house -- one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have TVs with DVD players. The downstairs area has the pool table, foosball table, a cast iron gas stove, and is adjacent to the private hot tub area out back. There is a large deck off the family room and kitchen upstairs with a natural gas BBQ, two tables and chairs, a golf course view, and beautiful aspen trees almost close enough to touch. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect, with all new stainless steel appliances. There are two large decks. The deck in the front of the house is accessible through the master bedroom. The deck in the back views the golf course, Mt. Bachelor and the occasional wildlife of Sunriver. The back deck is accessible from the family area and kitchen. There are 4 cruiser style bikes, plus 1 bike for a small child. Helmets for all are available also. SUNRIVER has three championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts in several locations throughout the resort, 30 miles of paved bicycle paths, two large swimming pools, riding stables, white-water rafting, canoeing, fishing in the famous Deschutes River, and so much more! Sunriver is located only 15 minutes from Mount Bachelor, one of the top ski destinations in America.

The communication was fast and so helpful with the owner. The 7 of us (3 adults and 4 teens) had so much space during our stay. Such a great layout for quiet when the adults wanted to sleep and the teens wanted to stay up. Great bikes, hot tub, foosball and pool table. Super fun 3 nights!

We had a great time with 3 families here! The downstairs living space is a life-saver to give the teens their own area to hang out. The kitchen is small but very well stocked. The home is older but well maintained and several areas have been remodeled. (Probably a new deck would be the next needed big update.) The beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the views of the golf course--very quiet at the end of a long drive with culdesac. The only thing we missed was being a little closer to more of the bike paths--it wasn't feasible to ride to the SHARC or village from here. But the plus side it was very quiet! Home owner was a great communicator. Would definitely recommend this home.

Five stars for easy communication with the owner, cleanliness, easy check-in, comfortable beds, and beautiful updates to the kitchen and baths. The kitchen was well stocked beyond most rentals which was much appreciated. The only issue we had was the condition of the bikes. They were not useable. The owner offered to pay for rentals, which was greatly appreciated. The downstairs is perfect for teens with the pool table, big screen tv and private access to the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was the perfect location to use as a base for family members who went skiing at Mt. Bachelor. We enjoyed the different spaces in the house so the college-aged grandkids could hang out and play pool and watch TV while the adults had a place to visit.
The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful.

The house was great nothing to complain about. Personally for our family we would have liked the bunk room close to our bedroom, so the girls didn’t use it. We also didn’t care the 3 bedrooms upstairs were all right next to each other. But the house itself was clean and the hot tub was amazing

Great place for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and we thoroughly used every bit of it. Hot tub needed to be serviced and wasn’t until the day before we left. The downstairs tv didn’t work either. That was disappointing but we enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. Bedrooms were spacious but guest beds were very firm/hard. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless and would consider renting it again.

We have stayed in many homes in SR over 20 years and this one is very overpriced for what you get. Bedrooms close together, one of the main windows viewing golf course is permanently fogged up, deck needs work, barbecue on deck is really dirty, small living space, bedroom closest to living area needs new mattress. On the good side the area is nice, view from deck is great, master suite is comfortable, kitchen well stocked, downstairs is nice but we don't have little kids so didn't use that space.
