Was impressed and happy from the minute we arrived. Andrea was a welcoming and discreet host. The unit is secluded, very comfortable, clean and peaceful....just what we were after!......and the beach and Hotel only 2 mins walk. Perfect! A lovely stay...thank you

Lovely, clean little place right opposite the beach and a restaurant that is beautiful spot for a cocktail and the sunset. Owners share the same property and are friendly but give you privacy as well. Unfortunately we had a 42 degree day and there is no aircon which lead to a long day and stuffy sleep at night. For the price in a beach town I would of expected aircon. There had been a shark sighting too so were only quickly dipping in the ocean to cool down. The whole town also had a black out on check out day! All in all we had a great stay and an enjoyable trip. The house Has everything else you would need for your trip. Lovely, clean, good location and very nice hosts 👍

Accommodation was mainly clean and of a very good standard .I was unable to use the washing machine as the door was broken so unable to open it . Landlord arrived without notice in the afternoon with no regard for our privacy . Not welcoming at all , in fact quite hostile . His office overlooked the garden and he questioned the number cars coming and going (my family !) He was clearly watching which we found very unnerving. My son worked in Perth until 3.30 so arrived later. Requested additional cash for the extra 3 family members staying which was omitted on original booking but rectified by phone a few days later . I was ok with this but preferred bank transfer which his wife had stated she would provide long before Xmas but never did . I went and got cash from local ATM. His wife then appeared later on , also without warning and caught me , topless getting changed. I was shocked and humiliated but yet she never apologised. She accused me of having more people to stay with NO proof and was insulting and accusatory. To have privacy invaded like that was shocking and actually spoilt our stay . We left the accommodation clean and tidy as always . This was not even acknowledged. The landlord and landlady were not hospitable , welcoming or friendly at all but the accommodation is in a perfect location and well equipped.

The property is just as it is shown. Great location, everything close by. Very peaceful and relaxing. Andrea was welcoming and helpful. Look forward to visiting again.

Super clean & tidy apartment conveniently places across the road from the beach & the Dunes bar/restaurant. Excellent amenities & well furnished for couple or family holiday. Andrea & Mark excellent friendly hosts Highly recommended good value property

Fantastic location beautiful property Very welcoming hosts who made us feel very very welcome loved everything only thing that would of make it perfect would of been air con was very hot .We will be booking again on a cooler weekend 😁

I would stay here again but not if there was a baby in the next property. We had a 7 mth old baby living with us, and we never heard her

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Beach,pub and sand dunes right across the road. Andrea is a wonderful host, very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Great communication with the properly owner! She was lovely.Could smell how clean the place was including all the linen with the smell of fabric softener! The property is close to everything especially the sand dunes. Over all stay was amazing with the lovely beach vibe property located at the back of the owners house.
