Situated in Breckenridge, this charming condo for $180 per night is a great choice for your next break. Walk to historic Main Street in Breckenridge for dining, shopping and nightlife, or take a quick walk to the base of Peak 9 from this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Beautifully decorated with modern mountain furnishings along with stainless steel appliances, this condo includes panoramic views of the mountains, and access to outdoor hot tubs. Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is located on the free shuttle route. This condo has an incredible view to the ski area, all new appliances Fall 2013 and is perfectly set up for the larger family. All guests can enjoy the very large, 14 person, outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area. Great condo within easy walking distance to both Main Street and the Quicksilver lift. Easily slept two adults and four teen/tweens.

This home worked well for our family of 6. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking simple breakfast meals, the views of the mountain from the front and back were beautiful, the beds and pillow options were nice for all preferences, the shower heads were really nice and worked well unlike many other rentals. I would give this home a solid 3.5 star hotel rating. I think the carpets should be stripped out or replaced with a dark color. They were a bit worn and stained. The bedding in the 2nd bunk bedroom could use some updating. Our biggest issue was no air condition for the summer time. We did know this in advance, but didn’t expect it to be so hot. It got up to 80 degrees in the home and it was hard to cool down even with the windows open and small floor fans. I think multiple standing fans in all common areas and the bedrooms would help tremendously. All in all we were pretty comfortable and happy with our stay.

Close to the peak 9 village and Main Street. Very nice property with everything we needed to be comfortable after a long day on the slopes.

I wanted to give this property a good rating because the location is great and the view is spectacular. However there were so many things that either didn't work or weren't like what the pictures showed, I couldn't. These things were emailed to the property manager on our 3rd day but I received no response. Then I provided these things in writing when I returned the keys and again no response. But I received multiple emails starting on our 1st day about how to check out on our departure day.
1. The beds were not made. It is cold with snow on the ground and there was only a white top sheet covering the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom. There was a throw type blanket at the foot of each bed but I had to find blankets and make the beds before anyone could go to sleep.
2. 1/2 of the lamps in each room didn't work. I have no idea if they needed bulbs or were broken.
3. The faucet in the kitchen is nearly falling off. It is so wobbly that you are afraid to use it.
4. The toaster is bottom of the barrel cheap and burns everything.
5. The shower head in the shared bathroom only allows water to come out of 1/2 of it. Probably due to calcium deposits. The master shower is a bit better but not much and both should be replaced.
6. Can opener is broken, several of the skillets have the coating coming off and the metal baking pans leave a lot to be desired.
This is a nice property but it needs a little TLC. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms so when 1/2 the lamps don't work its a problem.
There was plenty of space for the 4 of us in the shared areas. However, they haven't gone over and above with anything, especially the small appliances in the kitchen. If you are a coffee drinker, don't forget to turn off the coffee pot, it doesn't automatically shut off.

Perfect Location
I stayed here with my mom and 2 Year old son for 3 days. It was wonderful. There was a small hiking trail right behind the property and an amazing park right across the street. Plus you can walk to town. We had a little trouble with the key upon arrival but the staff was quick to respond. The only part we did not like was the neighbor below us rudely complained about us “romping” on our last night.

Family Getaway
We were looking for a new family getaway in the midst of COVID. Breckenridge was just what we needed. We were able to do a few safe activities, but mostly we stayed at the condo reading, playing games, watching movies, and just relaxing. The 40* temperature difference from Phoenix didn’t hurt either. The condo is so close to downtown we rarely used the shuttle, opting to walk instead. We did have a issue with the second toilet, and they had someone there right away to fix it.

Plenty of space for our family of five. Lovely property and just a short walk to Main Street. We helped ourselves to the board games and we were able to do a load of laundry, which was so helpful.

We loved everything about the property. The location is great, the beds were comfy, everything was very clean. Only issue was there were multiple toasters that didn’t work and the blender was broken as well. Since we cooked a lot at “home” those things would have been nice, but not make or break. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

We were here for a hockey tournament and this place is across the street from the rink. The place was well-stocked and comfortable.
As stated in previous reviews, it does get pretty warm in the condo. We opened windows and were able to get a nice cross breeze. However, the road does get a little noisy as trucks gear down in preparation for heading up into the mountains. I brought some extra earplugs after reading reviews.
Other than the items that are really a function of location of the building, it is really a great place for a family or group getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place, only thing is that if you do late check in you have to go back the next day and do official check in. That being said it takes 5 seconds and is right downtown. Also, it’s a little hot during the summer, no AC and the insulation must be great.
