The condo was very clean when we arrived. We had no difficulty with anything. We had a great beach view. Great location to take very long walks. The restaurant was great. We stayed in the villas last year and we decided to come back. I’m sure we will come back next year.

The condo and all amenities were perfect and just what we were looking for! The property owner was amazing to work with! The condo is very clean and you can tell extra care goes into making sure it’s clean and perfect for guests. The view is amazing and easy access to food, bars and fun things to do. We definitely hope to stay there again!

It was such a pleasant surprise to arrive at the condo to find that it looked just like the photos and was immaculate. Carolyn, the host, was extremely nice and helpful. Whenever I emailed or texted her with questions before and during the trip she replied immediately! We have had some issues in the past with property descriptions and photos not matching up with the real deal and have had major issues during our stays that were nightmares with hosts that were neither helpful or cared. So we were very pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience with this one! We would love to go back some day! Thank you so much! Five Stars!! *****

We had the best time at Sunset Vistas and in this unit. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We will absolutely be back! Lots of fun in the sun, the heated pool was great and we saw quite a few dolphins everyday!

The unit, the beach, the location - EVERYTHING WAS SPECTACULAR! This place exceeded our expectations! Unit was extremely clean which was important to us since we were travelling with a toddler and a baby. My dad loved the unit, building and area so much he now wants to buy there lol! The owner was always available when required and super friendly. We will definitely be back! Location couldn’t be better and owner recommended some wonderful restaurants and places to go ! We love love loved it !

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, plenty of pillows, kitchen and bathrooms were good too. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach and the gorgeous views of the beautiful ocean and beach. The shops and restaurants nearby made it easy to get food and have things to do. The town was easy to get around in and small enough to not feel overwhelmed. Loved it. Wouldnt have changed a thing.

The location and condo itself were great. Only issue was that although it was a non smoking Condo, it’s not a non smoking property. There was always the smell of cigarettes in the air when walking around the property and even on the balcony.

Beautiful, clean and comfy! Ideal gulf/beachfront condo! So nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Host was very quick to respond to questions and unit provides a large cooler, beach umbrella and water/beach games and toys. Cafe onsite good food reasonably priced. Our 3 generation party of 6 enjoyed our stay!

House was great for 10 people for what we needed, and we very much enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very communicative and friendly! Recommend updating the bath towels, dishwasher was not working properly and downstairs toilet had plumbing issues but overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is a lovely condo, right on the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with, and the condo is so thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including sand chairs, umbrellas, etc. The large pool at Sunset Vistas is heated and very comfortable, even when the January weather is a bit cool. We hope to stay here again!

We loved this condo and all it had to offer! Very clean and cozy. I struggle with back problems and finding a place with an exceptional mattress so I can sleep well is very important to me. Had the best mattress topper on a good mattress so I slept fantastic. It is a wonderful area with much to offer.

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be, and more. We always stay at Sunset Vistas, but staying in 306w was phenomenal! Owner goes over and above to take care of all guests. Great communication and easy to work with! Will definitely rent from her again.

This condo had everything we needed for a week stay with 3 young kids, although it would still be perfect for just a couple or a family of older children. Decor and furnishings were nice, condo was wonderfully clean, and the extra touches like sand toys and beach chairs worked great for us. The condo had everything we needed so we could pack light and we made use of the in-suite washer and dryer. The location within the resort was great- close to the pool and beach access- and the view was incredible. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She left detailed check-in and check-out info, as well as numerous recommendations for dining and activities in the area. She really thought of everything to help make our first trip to the Treasure Island/Clearwater area seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this marvellous appartment. Everything was clean and in very good condition. Booking and to get the informations was easily. We had no problems at all. We enjoyed very much the short walk to the beach and the morning-swim in the sea. The water was just great every day and the sand on the beach like powder.

Very nice condo. Love the colors and decor. Loved the beach chairs that are provided with the unit. Also, the little added stuff for use (ex. sunscreen, spices, books). Beds are very comfortable! An easy walk to John's Pass.
