Nestled in Breckenridge, this charming house for $1,210 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Estate at Baldy Ridge, set on 3 private wooded acres, is perfect for large family reunions, corporate retreats, or groups of friends who vacation together. Countless amenities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, two spacious dining areas, multiple intimate gathering spots, multiple wet bars, and six fireplaces (1 decorative in rec area). The multi-level living spaces afford all guests the comforts of home and privacy when desired. The lower “Recreation” level of the home houses a 90-inch home theater, wet bar, pool table, foosball, arcade game, and shuffleboard. This estate home also features several outdoor amenities, including one of the largest swim spas in the area, an expansive deck with amazing views large enough to seat the entire group, and a gas grill. Recently elevated by the new owners, the home features elegant artwork, vintage ski photography, new dining/breakfast room seating, custom rugs, throw blankets, vintage pillows, and other furnishings. This place was perfect for our mixed group of families wit young kids, singles, and couples. The layout made it so that kids could be napping while adults played. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen and the property is just gorgeous inside and out. We had very pleasant exchanges with the property managers and the place was clean nd tidy. We look forward to staying again

The house was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only issue we had was with the amount of chlorine in the hot tub - we ended up with bleached bathing suits and irritated skin. Overall though, we were very happy with the estate and would rent again.

We had six families fly in from different parts of the country for a reunion. This house was perfect for us! There was ample space for 21 of us! Really liked the fact that each room has its own bath. Loved that the owner named the rooms 😊Home theater was very helpful. We found many spots on the property for photo shoots! All in all, we had a wonderful time!

We held a Family get-together (my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and children.) We enjoyed the property and the location. I especially liked the downstairs where the kids could go play pool and watch movies while the adults were fixing food, etc. The views were beautiful and we got some great family photos with the views and the wildflowers.

The house was absolutely fabulous. There were six families, including my wife and I and all of our children and their children. There was a bed for everyone. The game room was fabulous. The kitchen was good size and perfect for our family. The hot tub was a big hit in the trails around the house were perfect for daily hikes. The town of Breckenridge is awesome and the surrounding area activities were a big hit with the whole family.

Hi, I wanted to let you know that majority of our guests got a stomach virus while staying at the house. The home was not clean prior to our arrival, the heater did not work downstairs our entire stay. It was 0 degrees outside. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The sofa was filthy. We even found nail clippings in the sofa cushion seat and dust and hair in all the corners even after cleaning crew came back. It did not feel like a luxury experience. Instead we bought sanitizing wipes and we're cleaning the surfaces because we did not feel like anything was sanitary. There should also be a note that during snow it is not a short walk to the shuttle. You need a car to get an around. Uber is not always available. The sheets had hair and one bed had dirt in it. Very hard to believe for the price we paid.

I've been a client of RRR for 12 years and have rented 4 different properties. RRR provides above average customer service with courtesy and focus before, during, and after the rental. Estate at Baldy Ridge is the ideal house for large groups that need multiple sleeping arrangements. The owners have done an excellent job of providing a first class experience. And you're only 10 minutes away from peak 9 (with snowy roads. We would definitely rent this property again and without a doubt we will use RRR.

Would definitely recommend this house for a large family gathering or any group. A lot of family time was spent in the basement playing games and watching movies in the theater room. This house had everything we needed. We used this house as a work retreat with 7 coworkers. We had our meeting at the house in the theater space which worked perfect. We greatly enjoyed the games in the basement and the large hot tub was amazing for our group. There were also great places to see not only in Breckenridge but surroundings areas for hiking and white water rafting. Would definitely recommend to others.

This house worked prefect for our family. Plenty of room with a wonderful lower level. The TV area etc was great for the kids movies. The bedrooms are well placed and gave everyone privacy. We did have issues. The counter depth refridge had broken drawers that you could not pull out, if you did the door would not close. The pullout trash can was broken, the plastic cans were broken and the cabinet front was loose from the pull out hardware. One bedroom had a door that got stuck and it took several pulls to get out of the bedroom. The kitchen faucet was very loose and hard to operate. The biggest issue was the floors they were very dirty. We sent pictures to the rental company and they sent someone to clean them. Due to covid we were out of the house 3 hours with 5 little ones. When we got back in, the floors were just as dirty. Then we got a back leak in the garage, sent pics to the rental company. The next day a contractor showed up and beat all the snow off the roof for several hours so no naps for the little ones. All these issues should not really been present in a property this expensive. They were annoying. This property just feels tired and not maintained.
