Located in Cape Coral, this charming house for $489 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, pool home located off the Rubicon Canal. direct gulf access. Large, beautiful, open concept living area l shaped recliningSpace for cooking with friends, dining, relaxing, entertaining and playing. Split bedroom floor plan, Double Master Suites , two guest bedrooms, a Junior Suite, and a private guest area on the other side of the house. Perfect for families or couples traveling together. One Master Suite offers a king sized bed, direct access to the pool deck via sliding glass doors, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, private toilet, walk-in shower, and large soaking tub. The Junior Suite offers a queen sized bed and a full walk-in shower bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. The private guest bedroom area offers a queen sized bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the middle and direct access to a private fully fenced patio from both bedrooms. The large, central, open plan living space features a large kitchen fully outfitted for all your cooking needs. Breakfast bar, a breakfast nook, a formal dining area, a family room, and a living room with a large TV and free wi-fi. A full wall of sliding doors in the living room open up to allow the outside and inside space, to become one. The laundry room offers a large capacity washer and dryer . In the garage you will find pillows for the seating in fenced area & Beach toys and blanket. The outdoor living space around the pool deck is fully screened and features a pool & hot tub, covered dining area, BBQ grill, bar, outdoor shower, chairs and chaise lounges. In October 2019, we upgraded the pool and spa! It now has a variable speed pool pump with a highly efficient motor and heater, thus consuming far less energy. It is now a salt water system, so no more chemicals and fluctuating chlorine content - better for the environment and the end user. The handheld controller is user-friendly, making spa heat, and jets a breeze to control! The private, non-screened patio, off of the guest area is fully fenced and the perfect play area for the smaller children, or sun on a windy winter day. The dock offers a tiki bar and a swing chair to relax in. Beautiful tropical trees, plants and flowers all around the home you can enjoy day and night. The terrazzo steps , either side of the pool, walk down to the lighted paths and dock. 3 different size coolers in Garage to take to the beach or a great day trip of touring or bring out to the bar area, so you have plenty of cool drinks to keep you hydrated. Large BBQ inside Lanai provides for easy outdoor cooking and dining or use the indoor oven and stove. 4 dining spaces: Lanai for outdoor dining by the BBQ, indoor dining space for elegant dining off living space, a breakfast nook that looks out to pool and hot tub area and 4 café height chairs for seating at the counter near kitchen area. Large modern kitchen has dishwasher- set higher for ease of loading and emptying. Electric Stove with overhead microwave and small counter top toaster oven, and toaster provided. Pots Pans, dishes, mixer, chef knives, and baking dishes provided if you prefer to dine at home. 2 drawers of spices you are welcome to use, to enhance your cooking and eating experience. Casual dishes or china in drawers by the stove for whatever mood you are in. Table Cloths and napkins in Linen Closet (in hall area side of home with 3 bedrooms), if you want to dress up your table for the holiday or birthday/ anniversary or festive occassion. Feel free to cut fresh flowers from the garden to adorn your tropical table. Quiet Washer and Dryer off kitchen with pocket door, placed higher for comfortable access. Laundry soap provided if you forgot yours. New air conditioning system quiet and effective for a great night sleep. Relax on the double reclining couch for R & R after a day in the sun, golfing, fishing swimming or boating. 2 large screen TV's in split living space for viewing, or you may wish to select a book from one of several bookcases for your reading enjoyment. Game boards provided for the kids or the young at heart who like to get away from the heat for a while. Maybe take time on a rainy day to work on a puzzle. Wall of windows in open living space opens up to allow the inside out/outside in, while the outdoor bar area adds to your entertainment space. Comfortable beds with extra blankets and bed linens if needed. Towels for the pool bath use. Soaking Tub in Large master suite with walk in dual shower for easy handicapped access, if needed. Master suite also has walk-out, through sliding wall to floor glass doors to Pool and hot tub for a quiet dip before an active day, or in the evening to relax and watch the sun go down or the passing boats as they pass down the Rubicon Canal. Bananas from the front of the house (by garage) when ripe, encourage tasting by guests, Coconut tree provides a treat for the adventurous. Beautiful flowering trees and plants enhance this beautiful home. Bicycles provided for use of guests, or try your hand at catching crabs or fishing from the dock- an opportunity to enhance your Florida experience. This house was by far the best VRBO we have stayed at. The quality of the inside of the home matches the quality of the outside of the house! Every piece of furniture, including the outdoor furniture, was so comfortable! The master bedroom & bathroom make you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel! Each bedroom has a private bathroom which we all appreciated! The kitchen, living room, & outdoor bar area are great for entertaining! We had a few readers in our group that took advantage of the quiet/private area off of the guest bedroom & down by the dock. One night we had dinner at Torched Bar & Grill, a local restaurant/bar, only a 10 minutes away! This home did not disappoint! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Having rented in Cape Coral for several years at different properties, sometimes the actual properties don't live up to the listings. That is *NOT* the case with this property. As advertised it was a beautiful 4 bed/3 bath house, spacious enough for 6 adults, beautiful lanai with heated pool and spa, tastefully decorated and comfortable beds in all the rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed to prepare meals at home. We normally rent in the SW, this property is in the SE, which we were hesitant about, but it turned out to be an advantage because of the closer proximity to stores and restaurants along the Pine Island corridor. Ok, enough about the house, I'm sure you get the idea by now!
What made this property truly special were the owners Tina and George! They meticulously documented everything you need to know, check in/out procedures, pool/spa operations, technology, just to mention a few. They also included hints and tips for places to see, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Besides that, they were the nicest owners/managers that I have ever dealt with for a rental.
I would not hesitate a second to rent this property again. If you want a stress free vacation, consider this property!

The home was perfect for us! It was clean, modern, well supplied, great instructions, beautiful with great attention to details. We felt right at home and Tina and George were kind and helpful with questions that we had.

This property checked all the boxes that we were looking for as a family. Great local restaurants. We did two days of intercoastal fishing that was guided. We also took a day to go to Naples zoo. Since the hurricane, the only beach close was Vanderbilt it was beautiful. Back to the property it had a very spacious pool area which was gorgeous and an awesome hot tub that we use nightly and daily. Very comfortable bedrooms, spacious, and very relaxing which we need to do because of our busy schedule. See you this.

Our group really liked this property. The home was clean and had a lot of space for our group of friends to spread out in a quiet neighborhood. We rented a boat and used the dock. The home was stocked with everything you need. We had a great time!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks stay in this beautiful house. The landscaping was exceptional and the neighborhood was close to everything you'd want to do in Cape coral. When I did have trouble with with the spa, (user error) Tina was quick to call me back and take care of the problem. Thank you Tina and George for a lovely stay!

George and Tina are fantastic property owners! Our group has rented many homes, and this is by far the BEST!! Their description is spot on! Tranquil neighborhood and their neighbors are excellent as well! We had a question about the pool and spa, and Tina was right there to help us! She made sure that we understood how to work the pool handle and all! She stayed in contact with us throughout our whole trip! They are amazing people to rent from, and they treat you like you are family. This is what we LOVE about them!
Location is everything to us! RSW airport and Punta Gorda airport are 30-45 minutes away- it all depends on traffic! If you are a golfer like my husband, GREAT golf courses are close by and are very lovely! Fort Myers Beach is within 30 minutes, and Yacht club beach is 5 minutes away! Here is something to do for all ages by their house! Pictures of their home are amazing, but oh my! When you walk in, it takes your breath away!!!
I talked to Tina a week before we left, and she made sure they put flyers out for stuff we were interested in doing and how to get there as well! When I walked into the house for the first time, Tina and George put a fabulous welcome basket on the kitchen table! That was incredibly thoughtful and nice of them! Tina did a virtual walk-through with me, which was terrific!
Their beds are AMAZING!! It is like sleeping on clouds!!!! If you are thinking about renting this property, stop debating because it is worth the money! You feel like you are at home, and it is a great neighborhood, and you feel safe! We all agreed we want to rent this property again later in the year because this is by far the best place we have stayed, and the location is fantastic!!!

This is a really nice four-bedroom home with plenty of living space, ample outdoor areas to relax, and a really nice dock on the canal. Tucked away in Cape Coral, but within an easy drive of several beaches. You can pick the type of beach you prefer: We tried Sanibel Island for its natural beauty and quaint island town vibe, and Bunche Beach for an interior, quiet beach with no crowds.
We really enjoyed the screened-in pool, which was warmer than usual without us needing to turn on the heater, and the plentiful seating on the patio. If you like to cook while you're vacationing, the kitchen is very well-stocked and has all the tools you'll need. We also found the pantry had several items we always seem to buy on vacation, ready for us to use just the little we needed.
We will definitely consider this home again next time we're in the area!

We had a great time! The kitchen has everything you could need and there was plenty of room for all of us (2 families 8 all together), loved the open layout. The house was immaculate! Tina and George were just wonderful and more than helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for us during our stay.
We were there for a baseball tournament and this home was approximately 20-30 mins from fields so the location was perfect for us. The boys loved fishing off the dock. We did get to Fort Meyers Beach and it was great only took us about 1/2 hour. We also visited Sanibel which was beautiful, just wish we had more down time.

The location wasn’t ideal. The drive to beaches took 1-2 hours each day!
After the fact we were then charged for pool and spa overages (electricity) The pool was not even used the entire week and the hot tub twice. We inquired as to how that was figured but got no response. If the house sleeps 8-10 people it would make sense that the electricity would be set to that standard. We only had 8 people total.
We were also charged $100 for two beach towels that were stained. I’m not sure where they buy their beach towels, but they definitely weren’t worth $50 a piece. We definitely won’t return!

Tina had everything you needed to get settled in. The home was comfortable and made us feel right at home. The grounds are beautiful and it's a quite neighborhood. I would not want to spend the winter any other way. There were no problems or issues. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Roxanne

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. The house was great for the 4 couples who stayed. Ample room for everyone. Really loved the walls of windows that allowed us to open up the whole space due to the screened in Lanai. Very relaxing. Whenever we had a minor issue, Laura the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We have never stayed in a home before with a daily limit for electric so we watched it very closely. We never ran the AC or the dishwasher. We only heated the pool once. As we could only heat either the pool or the spa(not both at once) we chose to heat the spa most nights. Even without the AC we were very close to our limit on the electric allowance. Not a problem, just something to be aware off. Other than that, we loved the house and would definitely recommend it and will consider it again in the future. Thanks from the Eller’s.
