Located in Saint Catharines, this lovely house for $220 per night is a great option for your next break. Amazing River/Pond/Ravine Views close to St. Catharines General Hospital and only 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. Relax and watch the birds, the wildlife and the beautiful views from our Riverview Cottage. Do not hesitate to stay at our luxurious furnished short term rental option in St. Catharines (Niagara Falls area). Business Travel: This listing has essential business travel amenities. The Space: Delightful semi-detached house with spectacular views of Twelve Mile Creek (River) and access to Merritt Trail (11-kilometre trail) for jogging/running/hiking. We are only minutes away from St. Catharines General Hospital and approximately 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our space accommodates business travelers as we provide reliable unlimited WiFi coverage and a height adjustable desk/work station with ravine and river views. We provide a 3-burner propane gas grill BBQ on our deck as well as a George Foreman electric indoor/outdoor grill. In our walk-out basement you can find a games room including a professional pool table as well as a dartboard set and a vintage game console. Please note, for your protection and safety we have total of three (3) outdoor security cameras installed around the property (outside only). During times when our guests are checked-in we have hired a third party security company to monitor the cameras for suspicious activities in order to protect our guests. Guest access: Our guests will have access to the entire house. Parking is available for at least two (2) vehicles. Depending on the size of the vehicles our driveway may be able to accommodate one (1) additional vehicle. Conveniently located near shopping places. The house is large and opened, very nice view as well. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The road is a bit busy as it is one of the main road, but inside it is not too noisy.

Spacious, clean - mostly well stocked. Needed more towels, especially hand towels and facecloths. Riverview is an exaggeration - you get small glimpses of the river through the trees from the second floor. Needs a mirror in the back second floor bedroom. Needs more decor.

This house provided a great place for us to spend the week while in town to watch the Canadian Henley Regatta. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was a highlight-- a deck overlooking a wooded slope down to the river. Great for birdwatching! There were also walking trails nearby. Location was convenient to Port Dalahousie, downtown St. Catherine's and Niagra region wineries. Great communication with the host prior to arriving and during our stay. Would stay here again if we come back to the area.

This was a great house to rent and would love to stay here again in the future. It’s nice to rent a house with a pool table, and actually have it be a nice playing table. Great time was had by all.

Less than 2 miles away were you shopping centers, easy in, easy out. 20 minute ride to the falls, local wineries and breweries within 10 minutes of the house. Christian was quick with his responses with the questions we had. The house rules were on the kitchen island, the bbq rules easy to find in the entertainment room. The house was nice and clean. The kids loved the pool table. It was easy to get to Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby when we needed something.

Staying at this home was absolutely what we wanted and more! The communication with the owner beforehand was excellent! Anytime I had a question, Christian was very prompt and gave me wonderful suggestions for restaurants and things to do, and was one of the best owners we’ve ever dealt with. He never was bothered by all the questions we had since we were visiting Canada for the first time. The home was truly beautiful. It came more stocked with all kinds of extras than any place we’ve ever rented. The pool table and dartboard were used every night and the WiFi worked perfectly! It was extremely clean and the location was perfect for all the places we visited while we were there. The checkin and checkout process could not have been easier. I highly recommend this beautiful home and hope that we can return one day! Our first trip to Canada was truly memorable! Can’t wait to go back!

The main reason we chose this property was it’s high reviews for cleanliness and it’s location for our activities. It did not disappoint. It smelled fresh and clean when we walked in and it was VERY clean. We were a family of four and had lots of room! It has a beautiful view out back and it almost feels like you are in a treehouse. We also enjoyed the pool table downstairs and played with our kids in the evenings after we were done with our daily activities. This is the perfect location for visiting the Falls and Toronto. There are many good restaurants close by in St. Catharine’s and in Niagra-On-the-Lake. We were impressed with the many wineries we drove by. It was not quite the right time to tour wineries when we were there, but it would be a great location for it. Christian is a very responsive host. He always responded promptly to my questions. We only had one minor issue with a blind in the bedroom and he came the very next day to take care of it. There are lots of little “extras” in the kitchen and although we did very little cooking, it was very well appointed with any utensil, pot, pan or whatever you might need to cook a meal.
The only “tiny” negative I would mention is that it is on a bit of a “noisy” street in the am with people going to work/school if you are trying to sleep in. It likely wouldn’t bother most people, but we are not used to that. Thank you, Christian! We enjoyed our time there!

We wanted a little getaway to Niagara Falls and came across this gem of a property. Everything was clean and the kitchen and dining area were absolutely stunning with a beautiful view overlooking the green scape. We love to cook so this was just perfect for us. We would DEFINITELY book with Christian again as he was a fantastic host; answering all our questions almost immediately. It was clean, spacious, and all around a fantastic place to stay.

The house is modern, extremely clean, well maintained, comfortable, and completely equipped. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but they were available and in good shape. All of the beds were very comfortable. Wifi was high-speed and all the appliances were in perfect working order.

Home was very clean upon arrival. Backyard is very picturesque and was a nice relaxing couple of days. Everything was available kitchen wise and pool table and Dart board were a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We were impressed with its cleanliness. There are lots of stores nearby - everything we needed for a few quiet days. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a newer non-stick pan would have been nice. Loved the pool table! Great view of the ravine overlooking the river. The home was comfortable and perfect for cooking, dining in, watching movies, and relaxing! Could've had better instructions on getting the TV to stream regular channels. Other than that, a great place!

I absolutely loved this rental. From the time we stepped inside it felt like home. Airy, light with lots of windows overlooking tree tops and the river. Everything was spotless and ready for you to drop your bags and begin your vacation. It was close to shopping and highways to get to local cities. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a home away from home rental. Christian was also easy to communicate with and he was always quick to respond. Thanks for making everything so simple and easy!

My husband, three sons and I stayed at the Riverview Cottage for the weekend of my eldest son's wedding. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Because of the wedding events, we did not spend much time at the property but it was very convenient to the Niagara wine region and many shops and restaurants. Thanks to Christian for being so responsive and for the great Chinese food recommendation. We loved it!
