About this house rental

Nestled in Culburra Beach, this charming house for $194 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Serndip is a comfortable fifties beach house which retains that old fashioned relaxed holiday charm, but with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It has just been painted and decorated and all beds are new and of hotel quality. From the large rear deck, which has a BBQ, are uninterrupted views of Lake Wollumboola. There is a huge backyard for the kids to play in. It is only a 5 minute walk to the main ocean beach and lake, and 7 minutes to Tilbury Cove beach. There is a corner shop at the end of the street. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the other with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is also another main bathroom for the house. The deck flows out from the kitchen and dining area, and there is a separate sitting room with CD/DVD player and TV. There is a laundry with washer & dryer, and also an outside shower just perfect for when you come back from the beach.

We had a great stay at Serendip. The house is really cozy and well decorated, with lots of movies, books, and games to enjoy. And the garden is huge!! Ideal for the kids to play. Highly recommended! Matias

We had a wonderful week in Culburra at this beautiful house. The kids loved the huge backyard and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the lovely view. Walking distance to the lake and beach - Perfect spot. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful time staying at Serendip. The mix of 50's styling and eclectic artworks gave the home a cool vibe. Great dining table with views out to the garden and lake beyond. Close to the beach and lake with the convenience of shops nearby. Didn't want to leave...hope to return!

Lovely house and very cool decor throughout. Great for the family and just hanging out in. Easy walk to nearly everything you need. Warm place even on a cold, windy and wet night. Will certainly return. Could do with a microwave... especially with kids staying. See you again soon!

We all really enjoyed our stay at Serendip. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The beds and furnishings were comfortable, and we enjoyed the eclectic artwork. We would definitely stay here again!

Richard’s cottage is cosy, colourful and eclectic. It boasts a great backyard with a glimpse of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birdsong. It’s close to a great little cafe and near a beach... not the main Culburra beach. The cottage has all you need, a fireplace to warm cockles if there in cooler months. It’s a lovely base from which to explore.
