About this apartment hotel
Nestled in Las Vegas Strip, this charming apartment hotel for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. You'll love our Penthouse. It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower right on the Las Vegas Strip. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. We charge no resort fees or parking fees. Our luxurious condo has stunning views, a private balcony, a kitchenette, a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a luxurious bathroom. The condo sleeps up to 4. Free WiFi is available in every room. The kitchenette has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The luxurious bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub, California shower, and double sinks. The Penthouse has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Our guests also have free access to the MGM Signature gym with state of the art equipment. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Valet parking is free. The MGM Grand pool including the lazy river maybe closed due to covid-19 restriction or winter months (November-April). Our Penthouse condo is in the MGM Signature Tower directly in the MGM Hotel complex right on the Las Vegas Strip. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip, and a private balconies to enjoy it from. Staying on the strip makes a Las Vegas vacation much more memorable. All the world famous attractions and casinos are within walking distance! The Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and a live Volcano can all be seen running down the legendary Vegas Strip! After a long night playing, laughing, eating, drinking, and dancing, you walk home up the Las Vegas Strip lit up as bright as daylight! Making a reservation with us is very simple. Me and my 2 GF were impressed with our stay at Cindy place . We were super comfortable staying there , we’re able to cook breakfast and relax in the morning after shows and sightseeing . Unit has jacuzzi bathtub that easily fit two. Such a treat if you walk whole day ! Close enough to all major strip hotels . We felt very secure there . We were delighted with our stay in Vegas.

The place is as advertised, with great views of the strip. Super convenient, valet service was a plus, check-in was easy. Great location, connected to the MGM Grand so you can hop on the monorail - but at the same time just far enough to be a bit more private and less hectic.

It was good but 4 things that need attention: dining table lamp switch broken so must plug in and unplug to use; one bedside lamp unusable; cold water facet in bathroom leaks all around it; hand held bathroom mirror needs fixed or replaced

Our stay was amazing! from check in, complimentary valet and a very short walk to the mgm monorail was an added convenience when we did not need to drive. Balcony view was nice, this was our second time staying at this property. Great location, It’s our new favorite!

Loved the location and the proximity to the MGM swimming pools. Didn’t love the condition of this room. Shower flooded due to a drainage issue. Was handled quickly. Then noticed one of the sinks started clogging. The room needs some paint. Was not up to my expectations. Pillows stained. Sheets stained with blood dots. Will stay again but not in this room unless it is spruced up.

The condo was clean, the management responded quickly when there was a leak in a pipe in the bathroom. It was conveniently located in the Signature tower of MGM and we were just a short walk to the MGM. Enjoyed our stay.

First time being in Vegas. The room was perfect and was close to all the amenities. Loved ask the workers everyone was very nice. The only thing that we were running low on toilet paper at the end of our trip and we requested for more towels but front desk said they couldn't give us any. But all in all I would 100% be coming back.

I got the penthouse for its great price, didn't expect the great view! Place was clean and had everything I could need. Even better- I was ready to walk to Walgreens to grab some travel basics / drinks / snacks, and there's a kiosk downstairs before I could even leave the property that had everything I need. Main MGM Casino / food court was connected which was also great. Would recommend to anyone!

Pros - Clean, nice property near the strip with a kitchen. The price was right.
Cons - Many of the cons are likely COVID related staffing issues. First, parking is valet only and the valet service for 2 of the buildings doesn't operate from 6pm to 8am. Getting or dropping off your car during those hours can be a pain. Self park is a LONG LONG walk. Next, maintenance in the room was a bit lacking. I fixed a few things in the room myself. For example, the stopper in one of the sinks didn't work. Easy fix in less than a minute. But they are either short on inspectors or maintenance people to fix little stuff like that. Next, when the wind picks up (which it does in Vegas) the sliding doors to the balconies vibrate. On windy days, you could clearly hear the rumbling of the neighboring doors rumbling all day and all night. Every 15 minutes or so, our door would vibrate which would be VERY loud. And a finally, a warning about the WiFi. The WiFi is not encrypted/has no password protection. If you are trying to do government or corporate work that requires secure communications, you may have issues establishing a connection.
