Pulita e ordinata.
Bagno esterno alla camera ed entrambe senza chiusura dall'esterno. Scala a chiocciola molto stretta per raggiungere il primo piano, dove si trovano i locali. Condizionatore datato, poco efficace e molto rumoroso in funzione condizionatore.

Per salire nelle camere adiacenti al piano di sopra è ubicata una scala a chiocciola tradizionale che a persone disabili o comunque in età avanzata sarebbe impossibile potersi arrampicare

The level of cleanliness is incredible. We really liked that.
The location is nice and quiet. It worked well for us in terms of logistics with Linate Airport.
We got there late because of delays in our schedule (we informed them via text), but upon arrival, the welcome could have been, let's say...."friendlier".
The spiral staircase is quite small, and so bringing luggage upstairs (the rooms are in the loft) is not easy.
Because of the dwelling setup (no aircon but only a fan, plus being right under the roof), and the hot temperatures during our stay, we couldn't really rest well.
Quite bizarrely, the room's sliding door won't close. That's really something to look into.
