The property was beautiful, plants and flowers everywhere.
The lighting in the bar/dining area was fluorescent, it could use an upgrade. But the service and caffe made up for the bad lighting!

Very clean. Two sinks in bathroom. Plenty of hanging space. Enough space to enjoy a room service meal in the room. Very good range of toiletries supplied.
Very good buffet breakfast provided.
Convenient location for an early morning flight from Linate airport.
The room service app didn't seem very effective - ended up ringing reception, then our meal was sorted very quickly.

This is a really old place but it was clean and spacious. Minibar in room.
Communication was poor. No info about how to get the shuttle bus and you really cannot get it unless they tell you all the details. I actually messaged them asking how and got a three word response with no info at first, then had to call them. The staff made an enormous amount of noise outside out room - there is an internal door and an external door to the outside where staff were making the biggest racket I ever heard up until 22:00, presumably kitchen staff. Breakfast was not very good, though coffee fine.
