The location is brilliant, quiet but just off the main street so a two minute walk to the beach and everything else you could want. The rooms had AC, the beds were big and comfortable with good sheets and towels. We had sofas outside the room to relax on. Fridge and kettle in the room was really useful. Warm and cold shower options. The hotel helped organize tuk tuks to surf breaks at a reasonable price. Good Wifi. Able to pay on card. Breakfast was basic but fine and cooked to order (but very slow to arrive). Hardworking, dedicated main member of staff.
Some bits in the room were broken e.g. coatstand, towel rail, so it needed a bit of TLC. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Not enough tables/seats in the 'restaurant', only eight seats available with a hotel guest capacity of approx 16+ so if everyone wants breakfast at the same time there isnt enough space (this happened on the morning we were leaving)

This was a wonderful resort with many features.
- Proximity to the Ocean with east access to the beach.
- Clean and comfortable rooms ensured for a wonderful stay.
- Helpful staff elevated the overall experience
- Included breakfast was a game changer with us not having to worry about food first thing in the morning.
We virtually found nothing wrong with this resort.

Good A/C and large bed.
Room was not ready 2 hours after check in time. Walls were not clean and the owner was quite rude to his staff and my driver. He was only friendly to me after he found out I was not a local.
