About this house rental
If location is important to you this is your type of vacation home. This beautiful bright beach house is located on a quiet dead end road just steps from the beach. The house is perfect for a group coming to have fun and relax during the summer. There is a yard that's great for barbecuing, throwing a frisbee around, or simply relaxing. Maine's Hidden Cove Brewery just happens to be 1 mile from the home, as well as the delicious Congdon's Donuts. There are lots of great restaurants around the area and fun places to get ice cream after! "The Gull" is fondly named by our grandparents, who saw a seagull sitting on the house during their first stay. If you have any questions please contact me at anytime! -Dave

We came here for Labor Day weekend for a family wedding. The house and location were perfect. House was very clean and there were more than enough supplies (kitchen items, soap, tp, towels, etc). Host was more than accommodating when we reached out about check in. Great stay, would stay here again!

Nice house a short walk from beach. Kitchen and dining room easily accommodated 6 people. Outdoor shower was great after the beach. Primary bedroom was great size but other bedrooms are small with limited space to store clothes and luggage.

Although the location was great this cottage needed a lot of work to make it better looking. The outside had missing shingle and lots of wood rot. The bathrooms both indoors and the outside shower were in severe need of updating. All the faucets leaked as well as the downstairs toilet. The outside shower’s back wall was moldy and dirty.
The location is outstanding and the kitchen and dining area were in decent shape. We loved the front porch and the kids enjoyed the cable tv.
So if you can put up with dirty leaky bathrooms than you will love this cottage.
