About this condo rental
Nestled in Whangārei, this charming condo for $109 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This property is a fully furnished apartment with super king bed and 2 king singles. Enjoy a BBQ in your private courtyard. Sit at the macrocarpa leaner and enjoy a platter and drinks overlooking the harbour. The area is generally very peaceful with lots of interesting boating going past The property has its own car park. A fantastic restaurant - Top Sail, is 2 minutes walk away bookings essential. Kick back and soak up the views and atmosphere..Great for walking/biking/kayaking as well. Many golf courses an easy drive away. Air conditioning/Heat Pump, fridge/freezer,small kitchenette, washer/drier, dishwasher, TV with Sky, video and DVD, TV in main bedroom which can be tuned to a different channel. electric blankets, heated towel rail and large shower. 10 minutes to Whangarei Central, bus stop just up the road, close to airport. Onerahi shopping centre is a few minutes drive and hosts a supermarket, takeaways, chemist, hairdressers, bookshop and dairy. Flames Restaurant, Bar & Event Centre is just over 2km away. This is a fantastic base to see Northland, or to work from short term. Weekly rates are available on application. There is much to do in Whangarei including gardens, galleries, walks, fishing, golfing, beach hopping, swimming and relaxing. Special conditions: No smoking inside but allowed outside Extra charges apply for more than 2 people Not suitable for children 0-10 years Quality linen and towels are all included. Upon checkout it is expected that the rubbish is distributed to the outside bins and that the apartment is left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It was super quiet, immaculate, with stunning views across the harbour. Just 10 minutes from the town centre it was the perfect base for our visit to Whangārei.

This holiday was great.
It was only a 4 day holiday / getaway for us - family of 4, but the batch house was all that we needed.
We stayed in Onerahi, so more a fishing spot rather than clean swimming beaches, so fishermen / surfers would enjoy it being on the port side of Whangarei. But Onerahi shop's weren't far way - 5 min drive, & main Whangarei within 20 min's. Easy driving to shop's or attraction's thru Whangarei, but also the host was very accomodating in informing us of nearby attraction's.

Great stay
Lovely property with beautiful views across Whangarei harbour, sitting in the courtyard with a glass of wine looking at the scenery and the people on the nearby pier was a highlight of our stay. Hosts communicated perfectly from the outset and the property was incredible, everything you would need and more. We would definitely rent again. Pam and Andrew.

This is very comfortable and clean place to stay. A nice cosy modern beachfront property with a million dollar view. The hosts are great, they have thought of everything, even gave us little suggestions on whats happening in the area during our stay. Easy access to town while feeling very beachy. Great water pressure in the shower, nice decor and furnishings, I wanted to take the king size bed home with me, it was soooo comfortable. Good size fridge freezer, efficient kitchen space and all essential utensils provided. The private courtyard area was a nice bonus too. We would definitely stay here again.

This is very comfortable and clean place to stay. A nice cosy modern beachfront property with a million dollar view. Wonderful location to explore the Northland
Stayed here with my wife and daughter for 6 days over Christmas. We had a wonderful time kayaking in the bay directly in front of the apartments, as well as visiting nearby spectacular beaches (30 to 50 minutes) and other sites of interest to us. The owners live in a home behind the apartment building and were warm and welcoming. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished and located in a beautify quite community. If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I would.

Perfect fit for our needs.
Leeann’s property was just what we wanted - clean, comfortable, very well appointed and located in a beautiful setting. Loved the courtyard bar and bbq area! Well represented by the website. It was a great base for us to explore the Whangerei region. We dove the Poor Knights Islands. We had a fun afternoon in her kayaks. We even drove up to Russell for the day. Leeann was a pleasure to work with. She was attentive to making our experience as comfortable as possible even making us a reservation at a top-notch restaurant down the street. One of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in! Thanks, Leeann!

Paradise in Whangarei
The apartment we stayed in was situated on a hill, just across from a beautiful view of the bay. Attractive exterior and a nicely decorated interior were both comfortable and clean. Every convenience was available in the kitchen and there was lots of information about the surrounding area. Leann was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot to do in this amazing area.
