I had to scrub the toilet before using it. The entire place was disgusting. Worst of all the smoke detector was disarmed so if there was a fire we would be toast! The heater didn't work and there was a clanking coming from a vent in the bathroom that kept us awake most of the night. We were out of there the first thing in the morning.

The price was great and affordable! We really like how accessible it was to public transportation. We loved being in an authentic neighborhood where we were able to experience Brooklyn in a way we would not be able to in a hotel.

small little studio apartment on the third floor ..big bathroom, jacuzzi tub- which is a huge plus, especially after a long day. fully equipped kitchen, to reheat leftover lunch, or prepare your own meal...quiet neighborhood... parking can be tricky, but we were very fortunate in finding spots, later on in the evening.. check in process quick and easy..check out process is the same...100% will book again... thanks for a great stay!

The location of the apartment in a secure and nice Brooklyn neighborhood was what we were expecting, the subway A or C to Manhattan is walking distance, the size and distribution in the apartment was perfect for our needs.

The location was great. Close to the subway and the supermarket. The neigbourhood was quiet and check in and check out very simple. John and Anthony were very nice and helpful. In internet the appartment looks bigger and cleaner. The bathroom was very big and comfortable but there were only two shower towels and two face towels, the mirrors and the shower curtain were dirty. The kitchen was ok but the frigde was very dirty. The appartment is ok for 2 max. 3 people.
