A wonderful stay at Hotel Bank in Kiseljak, Bosnia and Herzegovina! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff and excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. A lovely place to relax and enjoy Kiseljak and surrounding villages - highly recommended!

Great location in Kiseljak. The onsite breakfast was delicious, and the staff allowed me to eat a little late when I missed breakfast by ten minutes. Check out at 12 was AMAZING. They have on site laundry they will do for you as well, which was helpful since we were in Kiseljak for a wedding. AC worked very well and helped us sleep comfortably
There is a bar/club very close by that was noisy on Friday night but we were so tired so it was not too much of an issue. Parking was sometimes an issue as well.

Staff were very friendly. We locked our bicycles in a car garage, all on their own! We had a lovely big bedroom, comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was huge and great for cyclists!
The lighting in the bedroom was a bit dark

the hotel is very nice
the smell of the tiver. the toilet brush was so dirty and smely that i almost vomit.
