Un peu cher pour la qualité globale.

Position excellente, personnel très gentil et hôtel propre.

Chambre et salle bain exiguës. Porte d’entrée ajourée laissant passer la lumière qui s’allume automatiquement lors de chaque passage dans le couloir.

well located accommodation with friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful, carried our bags all the way from the parking lot. Room had a nice balcony with a great view of the small bridge. Hotel was a good value.

Property did not accept credit cards. Parking was only available in expensive pay lot a block away.

Amazing location, best place to stay in old mostar

Best location in whole of mostar old town. Good rooms, near to parking . Very good breakfast and above all, amazing staff

Great hotel with wonderful staff

Location is fantastic, right in centre of Old Town. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the crooked bridge is such a treat. Every staff member we interacted with was so lovely and genuinely kind - really made you feel like a valued guest. Room was spacious and clean.

Beds were a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference.

Definitely will recommend to friends.

Location is super, with the building being a historical heritage. Staff shows great hospitality and helpfulness. There is a restaurant attached offering nice local Bosnian food.

Entrance hard to find, and not suitable when you are carrying a lot of baggage. Room is small but OK.

Location is excellent. Amazing experience to be in a traditional setting and surrounded by historical buildings. Breakfast was very good. Choice to have a dinner in a hotel was right one. Highly recommended to have a traditional "sadj" with veal or lamb meat. BUT ABOVE ALL, EVERYONE IN A HOTEL, FROM THE YOUNG TO THE SENIOR STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!! They are the true definition of the words "kind, helpful, friendly " and all the time they are constantly smiling 😃 Definitely a place to visit!!!

Absolutely loved it - thank you to all the staff!

The staff were amazing - really friendly, helpful and accommodating! Cannot speak highly enough of them. The location is also great, within easy reach of the old town and can get everywhere reasonably quickly. The breakfast had a good selection as well, so a really good stay!

Perfect hotel in the perfect location

The location, was just amazing, really amazing as it was next to the river. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were the friendliest I have come across. I had bit of a major issue having left my passport at the last hotel. They managed to sort it out and have it delivered to me at this hotel. The service was well above and beyond what I would have expected.

Great location in Old Town! Restaurant seating outside is in a gorgeous setting. Rooms are spacious. Since the parking is not attached, the staff was helpful in getting luggage to and from car

No coffee in room and room was missing some amenities. Food is delicious but expensive.

Great Hotel to visit the Old Town of Mostar!

Location! The hotel is located with a UNESCO World Heritage Site and basically includes the medieval small Kriva Ćuprija (crooked bridge) and very close to the famous Stari Most (Old Bridge) – where daring folks dive off to the 30m into the river. The Old Town is just outside the door. Staff! The staff was most friendly and provided continuous assistance, including hauling our luggage up and down from our third-floor room. Daily breakfast was also quite good.

Unforgettable experience in the heart of Mostar, sound of water falling, kind staff and comfortable room!

Beautiful location in heart of city! Loved the people who worked there….very kind and attentive! The help to get our luggage carried to the room was amazing. Strong men carry luggage up and down luggage all day!

We didn’t care for the shower. But overall not much to complain about at all!

Lovely setting near the Crooked Bridge

Friendly, superbly located, good breakfast included and our room was lovely - modernised yet inside what is essentially a UNESCO listed building (so they told me). If driving and you're looking for parking you don't need to use the 12Euro/night garage next door as it's a short walk to the Campanile car park which charges only 1KM per 24 hours... a vast saving.

10/10 would recommend

Kriva Cuprija is located just a few minutes walk away from the Old Bridge! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. What makes this hotel really outstanding is the staff and their hospitality (Adin, Jannat, Dennis, Josip and Elvis). They were all so welcoming, helpful and informative.

Wonderful hotel, great to relax and amazing staff to help you with anything

Staff is amazing, they really are honestly here to make you feel comfortable and valued. Cook is an awesome guy and the food is beyond amazing! I wanted to change the room since I was very tired and asked for a quieter room, they given us an amazing room with fantastic view and I could hear the river... It was like a dream so I can only say that the staff is stellar. I would rate our stay 20, not 10. We'll be coming back!

Very generous staff

Prime location, right next to the Old Bridge as well as a plethora of amazing restaurants/cafes. The room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was great! The biggest attraction of all, however, was the hospitality of the staff - I’ve been to many hotels and rentals but can attest to the fact that the level of hospitality these guys show is hard to come by. They helped me carry my luggage to the room/taxi, offered a delicious welcome drink, took special requests for breakfast and gave me a souvenir painting of the Old Bridge as I left. Truly incredible!

Excellent service, perfect location

The staff is exceptionally hospitable, so kind, and engaging. The location is perfect to walk around the old town. The room is clean and bright and it is easy to grab a drink or something to eat at the restaurant.
