Very friendly staff, receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. Very great location, 5 mins walk to the bridge.
Rooms slightly outdated and beds could be comfier. Also I think my window was broken so I could hear wind coming through when it was windy outside.

Perfectly positioned for visit to Mostar.
Aircon was not effective for the sun-facing room we were in - so room was very hot. Shower in bathroom with no door or curtain meant water goes everywhere. Single duvet for a double bed was also a little strange

The area was nice, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. They had a free book exchange that had different language which was nice. They had tea in the room and it was clean and well designed. Also, the room was quiet. I didn’t hear noise outside and the child down the hall could only be heard in the hallway not in my room so that was amazing!
There were no vegan or gluten free option for breakfast, for example there were no milk alternatives or hearty/filling options like oatmeal, overnight oats, chia pudding that I could eat with the fruits and veggies. They did have nice fruit and veggies though so I appreciated that.
