Convininent location and nice choice as long as you are not so sensitive regarding parking.

Very polite and friendly receptionist, nice hotel clean room and good breakfast. Nice location also, walking distance from old bridge and old center of Mostar with nice restaurants and shops.

No parking at all at the hotel, neither in front of the door (i have motorcycle). Municipality gave all the free spots to a parking just opposite of hotel and he controls all the spots. Too bad the parking is covered with small size stones which makes maneuvers too difficult for big motorcycles. It costs 18 euro for a night only, too expensive. That was the only drawback of staying there.

Very good

Location. Hotel is few minutes from the old bridge. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Indira went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I really appreciate that. Definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends.

Lovely people and great location

Place was very clean. Location was great. Staff were extremely responsive and helpful. Really great service.

My room needed more electrical outlets.

Perfect location, cosy and pleasant

Great in very short walking distance to bridge and center with all the restaurants etc, comfortable room, and generally nice view (although from 2nd floor we could only see small part of the bridge). Personnel is nice and helpful. You can use a public parking if you’re lucky to find a spot - if not there is a private parking exactly opposite the entrance.

Slightly wider selection of warm dishes and better quality of juice for breakfast would be welcome. But all in all this is just small things.

Superb

Super helpful and kind staff. We got caught in terrible rain in the mountains and were soaked to the bone - the kind lady at the reception helped with the ironing board and found someplace to hang out wet jackets. They also prepared a nice take-away breakfast for early morning checkout. Great location and a large room too

Locked out of hotel

I checked in and they gave me a card key for my room. They didn't give me a key to the front door or tell me that they were going to lock the door at 10pm. They had a sign on the front door that the front desk was open 24 hours a day. I came back to the hotel at 10:20pm and the front door was locked. I rang the bell and called many many times with no answer. I walked all around the town at night alone and as a female asking strangers for help. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super comfortable bed, spacious room (Inc fridge and kettle), and very helpful staff (who packed us breakfast as we had to check out early).

Some unfinished fittings in bathroom (shower missing a door),, smoke smell throughou hotel.

I loved my stay at the hotel. Location is great and the view from my room was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was one lady in particular who helped me a lot with a problem I had with a bus company. I really appreciated that. Breakfast was simple, but it was ok with me. I would certainly go back! I had a great stay!

Perfect stay in Mostar!

perfect location near old town and old bridge of Mostar, nice modern rooms, air-conditioned rooms, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff who gave tips for trips, 24 h reception, free WIFI everywhere, English speaking staff, low price. All in all a perfect stay!

The room with balcony felt like the best in Mostar!

The location is the best! Parking lot across the street, grocery nearby and within sight of the bridge and tourist area. Our room had a huge balcony that we enjoyed. All the employees were friendly and helpful

Very friendly and supportive staff, breakfast is also above the expectations. View from the terrace was beautiful. Just 3 min walking distance from the old bridge.

Carpet on floor would need a thorough wet cleaning. The shower is a bit odd since it is under the ~45° roof and not easy to avoid banging the roof by your head. Also the surface there would be better to be covered by tiles instead of white paint what was moldy.

Superb

Super friendly and helpful staff at reception (: After arrival by train from Sarajevo in the morning I liked the atmosphere in Mostar so much, that I spontaneously asked to stay two nights instead of one. Although they had a lot of bookings they made it possible to give me a room for both nights so I didn't have to move and it was even possible to get into the room before the actual check-in time.

Pleasant stay

Studio with balcony was clean and spacious. Found the staff kind and helpful. Close to Mostar bridge and Konzum grocery store on the door step.

Basic breakfast. Wish the kitchenette had some basic kitchenware and microwave.

Great and helpful stuff, excellent location.

Lights were not working properly in two rooms, extremely small shower (it was very hard to squeeze in), no bide, no free parking, very poor breakfast.

Medium hotel with a strong location advantage

The staff was very friendly and tried to help me with everything (where to buy different things, how to get to different places like Kravica, even ordered me a taxi, great thanks!) wi-fi connection was also good The breakfast is not bad, but is not impressing too. It's medium. However, what do you expect for that price? Overall, it was a normal experience, but not higher

When I arrived, the room seems have not been cleaned. The towels were quite old and with holes. I haven't seen cleaning the day after I arrived too I understand that I had 2 nights stand, but still it means that a room should be clean
