We were upgraded to apartment suites which was really appreciated😬 The views were super and the balcony went all round the room. The rooms were very spacious, clean and with seating areas. Of course, some minor cosmetic issues with decor can be improved.
Location was great however as mentioned previously in reviews not suitable for people with mobility issues or pushchair/wheel chair users or young children. There are lots of stairs to go up/down. Walking becomes harder in the heat.
The staff in the dining area were very attentive, especially with the children.
The pool area was great and the children really enjoyed it.
The room curtains were half coming off which became a problem when the sun light came in. We did tell the management, but nothing got sorted, unfortunately.
The taps were a bit temperamental as the top kept coming off . We did eventually get this sorted.
The breakfast does definitely need a more variety of food.
Just a note: milk is not provided in rooms if you want to make tea. Extra charge for this by the restaurant.
Irons are not provided. Also, no adapters are provided so best to take your own.
There are no extra amenities like slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes or lotions.
Apparently, they don't make up the rooms until you leave!!! We only stayed two days, so it didn't matter. They only came around and gave towels and took out the trash.
Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential if they fix these small problems but from previous reviews in the past year, the same problems keep coming up and are not rectified.

Great Mountain View of Mostar and good facilities, clean and modern. Bathroom had walk in shower and bidet was provided. Restaurant was open until late and Sanya and colleagues kindly answered all our questions and gave us delicious meals.
Sameer on reception was most helpful and shared information about Bosnian history. Thanks to Jenan for the amazing excursion and lift to the train station when we couldn’t get a taxi.
Massage in the spa was relaxing as was the pool and sauna.
We had a few mishaps with our luggage and Sanya and the security man went out of their way to help open it.
Overall, a beautiful hotel, beautiful town, beautiful people can’t recommend enough.
No shops nearby for padlocks or bottled water.

Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room upgrade was much appreciated. The massuse called Medina was lovely and helpful. Was really convenient to have hair salon at the spa and enjoyed the wash and blowdry.
The location was on steep incline and i wish i saw reviews that stated this. It is a tiring walk from the stari bridge even though its minutes away, it’s a workout every time you come back up. Shame there were no toiletries in the bathroom - for a spa hotel which is pretty high up from local stores I would expect them to have this especially in an apartment room. The breakfast and lunch menu leaves more to be desired and a majority of it is cold food. If it runs out or they just don’t have it at the time and you ask for it, it’s tough luck. Bed is stiff, didn’t sleep well unfortunately. No iron in the hotel at all, they charge to take your items to be ironed as part of laundry service, this should have been specified in the room details. I believe they don’t have a conventional iron its more of a steam machine as they couldn’t get the creases out my clothes and had to send back few times, it also meant they didn’t want to take risks with ironing thin items due to risk of damage - the clothes i had were super creased and needed to be ironed so this was really disappointing as i was still charged. If they simply bought one iron and kept it centrally they could simply hand out to those who need it. Its the small things that make a big difference given the standard of this hotel.
