We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Reception was particularly helpful and very good at resolving any problems quickly. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the daily cleaning was excellent. The air conditioning in the room worked really well, which made a big difference in the heat. We also really appreciated that the hotel prepared breakfast packages for us for our early morning flight, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Although the hotel serves pork at breakfast, there were still plenty of halal-friendly options available for us.
The main downside is the location. The hotel is quite far from the Old Town, so it is not really walkable as it takes around 35 minutes on foot. We usually had to get a taxi, which cost around 10 BAM each way. It is also worth noting for Muslim travellers that there are not many halal food options near the hotel, and most halal restaurants are in the Old Town. In addition, pork is served at breakfast, which may not suit everyone, although there were still enough suitable options for us.

The hotel is located on the west side of town, around a 30–40 minute walk or 10-minute taxi ride from the Old Town. The location felt quite isolated, with no nearby mosques, which may be inconvenient for Muslim travellers.
The restaurant was also disappointing, as halal and pork products appeared to be mixed, making it difficult to identify suitable food. The menu offered very limited choices as a result. Overall, the location and dining options were not ideal.
