Lovely comfortable stay in Mostar.

Central to Old Town, restaurants etc. Nice size room with Balcony and air con when needed. Quiet and relaxing. All staff very friendly and helpful. Mostar is beautiful and I would return to Villa Fortuna.

Would definitely stay again, our stay felt personal, we really got a sense of the Herzegovina region

Breakfast was very good; fresh bread, cold meats, cheese, fruits, eggs, jams, cereals, juice, teas, coffee. Sacha, our hotel member of staff was really lovely and helpful. Nela, the owner was really helpful with lots of written information available at reception and also on hand to give us tips on good restaurants etc. She also organised a great city tour for us. There is a lovely little cottage in the garden full of interesting traditional objects and furniture, imagine it’s really cosy in the winter when there’s a fire. There weren’t tea and coffee making facilities in the room but Nela was always happy to prove us with a fabulous pot of tea in the garden or cottage. There’s a kettle, fridge and teas in the garden too. There is also a small fridge in the bedroom.

Wish there had been a cosy corner with a sofa.

I liked the location, the friendly staff and the cleanliness.

The bedding could be improved. Way too soft. We were not really encouraged to take the breakfast (which is not included), which I found kind of awkward.

We had a very pleasant stay - thank you!

We booked an apartment at the third floor that had wooden floors and antique furniture. Wow! It felt like home. There was a separte kitchen, a sofa bed that sleeps two in the living room, a bathtub. Very good German language skills. Breakfast was great: a little buffet that was just set up for us with a good selection. Parking was superb: it was in the small yard so cars could not be seen from outside, there is a metal gate and video surveillance. We could leave the car until 3 p.m. at our check out date :-) The ATM just outside was the only one I found in Mostar where I could withdraw without extra charge. Quiet location just a few minutes away from Stari Most and lots of restaurants and cafes. Childrens playground just 20m away.

We went on a 16 day vacation through Europe. This was our favorite place we visited. We loved the old city, our accommod

The property is beautiful! We received a warm welcome and had safe parking on site. The rooms are spacious and charming and the outdoor garden area is gorgeous! The host is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying there!

Hidden and quiet garden retreat

Well-located, an easy walk from the heart of the old city, we also appreciated having a parking place. The room was basic, but comfortable. Best of all was the balcony and garden — lovely place to watch the sun go down and the city light up.

We had to call to get someone to direct us in. There is a sign, but it’s not clear exactly how to enter.

Magical

location was close to the old town. hosts were very helpful and friendly. our room with the balcony was the best. We loved watching the sunset and the stars. The call for prayers was really special.

Great choice for Mostar

The hotel is very good overall and is exceptional if you need to book the tours for both Mostar and surrounding areas, the tour guides that work for the hotel agency are all very professional. The staff are very friendly there and the location is very good. Great value for money!

The only problem is that the walls are a bit thin, so if you have noisy neighbours, might be a problem.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The rooms are traditional, spacious, and comfortable and very clean. The patio was beautiful, and the owner offered refreshment and any help needed. This is a bargain stay - inexpensive and lovely. Old town and the bridge are a very short walk away. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for your hospitality in your lovely inn.

Great host

Great stay! Our host was simply wonderful during our stay. She was very helpful and accommodating during our unplanned trip. The apartment was great and had air conditioning and comfortable beds. The location was great as Old Town was right down the street. We highly recommend staying here for any trips to Mostar. The service was excellent and the host was friendly as can be and provide a gift of wine. 10/10 for service and hospitality

The best palace we ever stayed in the country.

We traveled with two kids. On check-in the owner greeted us, gave the kids some chocolate, and they fell in love with her. We booked a triple room, but they upgraded us to an apartment - free of charge. The apartment had a huge bathroom, living room with kitchenette, and a bedroom. Superb cleanliness! The WiFi worked perfectly. They have a beautiful garden where you can relax. The location is great, just 3 minutes on foot from the Old Bridge. Everything one would need can be found in near proximity – including some great local restaurants. Definitely, the best palace we ever stayed in the country.
