Astonishingly good nternet connection over a free WiFi. Router installed in the room.
Facility owner and manager quickly response on any request and very kind.
Only location as I need to travel half hour to factory in one way. But if you don't care or your purpose of a staying in Bayern district is different than I definitely recommend Hecht Aoartments.
Keep in mind only that the room I had is fair enough for one person. Maybe for pair would work also for short stay. For longer for more than one I would recommend to find bigger room from this owner if there is a way.

Excellent apartment, just what I needed for my one night stop. Clean, comfy and a lot of towels.
Bed was 140 cm, can be problem sleeping 2 people
