Very nice place for a short stay. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast spread. Very modest charge for bringing a dog

- easy to find, not far off the motorway
- peaceful location
- friendly, helpful staff- the receptionist offered to walk outside to show us where to park
- exceptional, high standard of the accommodation in the annex/ lodge with modern, stylish furnishings. The room was very spacious, with a large modern bathroom. There was not a single thing we could fault or miss- every single detail was considered and everything felt super clean!
- option to park in an underground garage (for a small fee of £8) and charge our e-bikes
- fantastic outdoor restaurant/ beer garden with excellent food and drink, very reasonably priced too
- superb breakfast
- Nothing! It is a beautiful hotel which looks even better in person than it does in the pictures!

This was ran as a old school hotel with staff you can interact with. Great breakfast also.
To far away from city center to walk.
