Grosses und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer.
Gute Lage am Plattlinger Bahnhof.
Self-Check-In ausserhalb der Öffnungszeit der Rezeption hat problemlos funktioniert :)
Frühstuch gut.
Das Hotel ist eher als sehr gutes B&B mit gewissen Zusatzleistungen, die nur auf Anfrage erbracht werden, zu verstehen.
Die Sauna darf man bspw. nur nach Voranmeldung verwenden, was nicht in der Info-Broschüre im Zimmer kommuniziert wird, in der feste Öffnungszeiten angegeben sind. (Dies wurde vor Ort vom Personal zur Kenntnis gemommen.)
Die Rezeption mitsamt des Erdgeschosses und seiner Gemeinschaftsräume sind tagsüber oft geschlossen.
