Reasonable with very good location nearby mid valley megamall. Reasonable fees but just too noisy

Good location. Bed is comfortable and tidy. Ample towels and body soap + shampoo are provided. Good toiletries set for 2 pax. Coffee and tea + 2 mineral water bottles are provided too.

Quite noisy with other guests banging doors and mrt in building nearby is too loud.

Good Location and Value for Money

The room is big and spacious - so much so I think no one can compete with them at the same price range. Totally loved the 2 pillows - 1 soft and 1 hard each, like how it’s traditionally done. A lot of hotels nowadays just throw 2 pillows regardless of the type/hardness. They still provide complimentary toothbrush and toiletries. It’s awesome!

Not that it affects my experience in a material way - but the hotel entrance and the reception area is horrible. It feels like a budget hotel and is not fitting at all. A Chinese gentlemen at the reception counter wasn’t in his best professional behaviour. I asked whether my room had been paid for, to which he didn’t give a direct answer, and said I’ll be at a loss if he chooses to tell me that I’ve not paid (I get it that it is a joke - but that’s hardly acceptable especially he’s at the front of the house).

Nothing to like about.

For a 4 star hotel, the hotel seems to be run down. Very hard to find for food nearby. The traffic there is horrible and the google map is really confusing. The room had cockroaches n worms even through I was given a room at level 17. This hotel needs a complete renovation for the amount they are charging.

Enjoyed in this Suites Hotel 👍🏻 Love their room space so much ! Recommended Hotel for those in group gathering or family

Room space was big and comfort 👍🏻 It’s very suitable for family trip or gathering. Very nearby LRT, convenience for those no transportation / didn’t drive car / don’t want to drive car.

Check-In time need to take quick long. Reception only got 1/2 staffs during Check-In period. Didn’t have restaurant / cafe nearby if using walk distance due most in off business.

The room was spacious with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Suitable for family/group travellers. Parking was convenient as i managed to get ladies parking spot near the lift to the lobby.

The location feels a bit dodgy. It was dark at night eventhough facing the highway. Single lady traveller wiill definitely feels a bit uncomfortable. Also, they have a list of things they charge if you take from the room and bottled drinking water was in the list costing RM5. Normally bottled water comes woth the room and free.

Poor maintenance

Stayed at 15th floor Room 13A, the room is spacious

The air-conditioner wasn't cold.. The ceiling in the bathroom is molded with stain.. The toilet paper holder is broken.. The steam iron leaks water.. Booked for 3 adults but hotel only provided 2 towels..

wont be staying in here again.

the room smells like cigarete while its clearly a non-smoking room. My wife and kid can't stand it. Have to use cash for deposit instead of cards.

Location, big room, convenient as restaurants are nearby, wifi service, parking space provided..

Shoddy renovation work in the room, only provided with one room card when one more is needed as it is used in the elevator...
