Dotazioni di base insufficienti (no shampoo).

La struttura è nuova e spaziosa con letti comodi e bagno molto grande. Ottima la cura della doccia e la presenza dell'andito per poter riporre le scarpe da trekking (soprattutto per i chi fa il Cammino del Gran Sasso nel tratto da Santo Stefano e Barisciano)
Le sedie al tavolo nella sala da pranzo sono molto scomode. Altro aspetto negativo la mancanza della wi fi che è gradita a tutti clienti al di là della natura del soggiorno. Inoltre manca di carattere l'Ostello. Ha poco di "Natour", nonostante qualche richiamo stencil con le foglie. Dovrebbe avere più elementi che richiamano il verde e la passione per l'aria aperta. Sia in salotto che nella zona notte. Qualche pianta o quadro o foto in più aiuterebbe. Volendo si potrebbe valorizzare di più l'ingresso, spostando le immagini delle "vette" affisse nel salotto, nell'ingresso appunto (zona più di passaggio per i "camminatori").

If you wish to fully enjoy the region of Gran Sasso, then this is the place to be! The apartment is very large with everything you need: lots of storage space, comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with plenty of hot water.
Barisciano is lovely town with great local food shops, a bank and you'll find a coffee bar to get your espresso.
The BEST THING are the hosts. Communication was fast and easy via Whatsapp. I highly recommend to join their organized hiking tours for a very decent price. They provide you with food and snacks and you will learn plenty about the specifics of the landscape and local life. They also organize culinary evenings - we made great Italian pizza.
I only wish I could stay longer. Till next time!
