Adam took great care of me during my stay at your hotel, and the communication was excellent.
“However, I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially the night reception team. I had a small problem and needed assistance, but they were not helpful. My bank card from my country had a minor issue, and when I asked if they could charge my card and give me cash so I could take a taxi to the airport, they were unable to help me resolve the situation.
In the end, I trusted the taxi driver, and when I returned to my country, I sent him his payment along with a good tip to his account. While I was in Baku, he treated me very well and was very welcoming

The proximity is good and the staff is really friendly especially the guy who was always on morning shift forgot his name very friendly and knowledgeable
The rooms were not very clean especially the bathroom the showers were dirty and so was the bedding dirty with stains also the kettles for boiling water were not working , we booked with airport transfer but when we got there we were stranded they told us they don’t have that service which was bad for us

Loved the location and the spectacular view at night.
Very good food from their restaurant.

The only great thing about the stay was the view.
The breakfast and specially cleanliness need to improve big time. Flies were all around on breakfast and the breakfast was very limited.
If you talk about value for money I wouldn’t say so.
