Z pewnością wrócę;)

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czystość, super lokalizacja- blisko sklepy, restauracje, duży i wygodny parking, Mila i bezproblemowa obsługa ;)

Odbiór i odnoszenie kluczy- niby blisko do biura ale znacznie łatwiej było by, gdyby po prostu koło drzwi apartamentu była skrytka z której można klucze wyjąć i później zostawić ;)

Розташування, вид із вікон!

Стан квартири мʼяко кажучи - втомилась!) Дуже брудні вимикачі світла у щілинах) меблі, ламінат, кухня, все вимагає заміни. Подряпини на меблях, великі осколки на раковині, нерівності на підлозі від вологи, все дуже зношене!

Krótki choć intensywny wypad do stolicy

Dużym plusem lokalizacja, bliskość sklepów, przystanków komunikacji miejskiej jak i kolejowej. Mimo małych perturbacji związanych z rezerwacją (niezależnych od właściciela) ekipa stanęła na wysokości zadania i cały pobyt uważam za udany. Duży plus za zaangażowanie w sprawę oraz dobry finał. Sam apartament ma dosłownie wszystko czego potrzeba. Duże wygodne łóżko, wyposażanie kuchni i łazienki.

Ogólnie polecam

Lokalizacja nam odpowiadała, w apartamencie była mikrofalowa, piekarnik nawet mydełko w łazience i płyn do mycia naczyń. Ogólnie w miarę czysto i schludnie

Brak wystarczające ilości kołder, nocujemy z koleżankami i bardziej komfortowe były by dla nas kołdry pojedyncze. Drogi parking podziemny

None of the workers speaks any other languages than Polish. And the phone number given as the contact for the owner had only Polish auto reply. We had 2 separate rooms, one for 5 people and one for 4. Room for 4 people had everything and even extra, while room for 5 didn't have any clean bedsheets and less shower gel tubes than people. Also, as we discovered later, room for 4 only had shampoos and room for 5 only had shower gels. Towels had a bad smell. Before we even could get in we had a problem with the door lock - spending 20 minutes of trying opening the door because the lock is not mounted properly. When you get in you find completely different picture than what you expected from booking. Everything is poorly mounted as if someone in hangover was doing building interior, there were broken window broken furniture and not enough bed sheets for us all some were dirty and having blood stains on the bed. We had much better experience in Warsaw in other apartments for the same money can not recommend them, try to find something else as we stayed only for one day and didn't enjoy.

Nice apartment on a good location

The apartment was small, but had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. We had a nice and quiet view on the backyard from the 9th floor. The location is quite outside the city center, but several public transport options were in the close proximity. Supermarkets and restaurants and some other shops in the street. There is a direct tram line to Warszawa Gdanska train station. There is a nice, big park nearby with a ski slope and a summer bobsled trail.

Collecting the keys was quite a challenge. We were instructed to collect the keys from the security at the reception desk, but this man was extremely rude and did not speak any word English. He sent us to a different office and wasn't prepared to listen to us. The other office sent us back to this man. In the end, we had to ask total strangers to help us with collecting the keys and even then, it was extremely time consuming. I have tried to call the contact number during this struggle, but nobody answered. Even when we tried to call the next to ask a question, there was no answer. So the customer service should be better. When people in other apartments are cooking, you can smell it in the apartment, which can be quite disturbing.

While booking it was mentioned they take the card payment I been there without the cash only I was carrying the card and I was forced to take out the cash from cashpoint for that I got it charged from bank and without cash payment they even didn't allowed my parents to use the toilet as they are diabetic ....so one of the doctor clinic on that lane allowed them to use the toilet

Awesome location close to the park, gym and groceries downstairs. Lovely balcony with a view. Well equipped with literally everything you may need. Awesome price-quality match.

Pleasant

The location is good. Everything is close. Also is quiet. Parking is available. Apartment is spacious.

The apartment is dirty. To much dust, hairs and spots. My wife even didn't want to cook something despite of that all appliances is there. Lights in bathroom also is not working. From around 5-6 spots worked just 2. Fridge is also bad. Everything inside is frozen and no light in the fridge. Only in bedroom +- ok. That makes you really not comfortable to stay. Parking is extra chargable.

Superb

Such a modern and spacious apartment! We travelled as couple and had plenty of space there, but probably the apartment would have space for a family as well. We liked everything about the apartment - balcony, quiet area, shops in the same building, good equipment etc. The host was really friendly when chatting with her, thank you!

Staff members didn’t speak English at all and we had a difficulties with figuring out how to park our car, but solved it eventually, so overall it was a good experience.

Disappointing

Location and size of room.

Bed and bedding were substandard. Could only get one TV channel. Kitchen equipment was basic. Oven didn't work. Door locking was problematic.

I don't recommend it to anyone

manager at reception instead of calling and asking me, if I want to prolong, simply entered the apartment, collected all my belongings and took them out to their office, When I came back to apartment and discovered that my luggage is missing,- first thought was - it was stolen. Yes, she sent me an sms, instead of using booking. This I discovered when started looking for my bag. At the check in day I sent a message about wifi at booking and it was ignored as well. So nothing was stolen and I picked up my things at their office, but this attitude of staff is unacceptable The other minuses are: shower drain completely blocked Broken window glass at balkony sliding doors don't work bed sheets probably used before, smelled not fresh.

Not for foreign tourists that don’t speak Polish

Very nice, clean, spacious apartment. Beautiful surrounding, great terrace and views. Good internet. Easily accessible with public transport.

The agency didn’t speak English. They posted wrong address on Booking so I lost 30 minutes searching for building C that doesn’t exist. When I called them they didn’t speak English. When I was leaving apartment they didn’t explain me where to leave the key. I called them, wrote them on Booking, on WhatsApp. they were not answering to any of my messages or calls. that was frustrating. Otherwise the apartment and the building were perfect.

check in was 3 pm but we didn’t get the key to apartment till 3:30 pm . we were just standing and waiting with a small child with us . It wasn’t acceptable behaviour

I absolutely do not recommend it for families!

Great place for a couple, great view from the balcony.

I've booked an apartment for 3, but I got one for 2! When I tried to contact the host she didn't answer my messages, didn't pick up the phone! If you put a washing machine in your apartment, it would be nice to have washing powder also.

Horrible communication changed reservation with out approval. And then refused to refund. Paid for 2 separate apartments received one with a filthy pullout that did not meet our needs Filthy floors found disgusting drug paraphernalia under couch

Very good

Location was very clean, bad was comfortable and the view from big windows was very nice. Kitchen was equiped in all necessary items, for cooking dinner and microwave was usefull afterwards ;)

Dark picturess frames and black lampshades created rather ominous mood, but I guess not all the rooms look that way. Lights were rather low, so work after sunset was unplesant.

Appartment was smaller then presented on the web site. No body knows where's my room keys when I arrived at reception. I feel overpaid for this appartment.

great location check in/check out is very straightforward the security was very efficient at dealing with noisy neighbours apart from the things I didn’t like as below all good - big enough, well enough equipped and clean

the mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable the vent in patio door made a whistling noise and was very drafty on a night the duvet was far too small for a couple the shower head would not stay in place overall this appartement was a bit ‘tired’ comparing to one I had before
