About this house rental
Located in Waldport, this charming house for $281 per night is a great option for your next trip. If you have been dreaming of a relaxing beach vacation then Time to Coast is the perfect vacation home for you! Centrally located in the Bayshore neighborhood of Waldport, this sweet home is the perfect base for all of your central coast exploration. You will want to sit on the back deck forever, soaking up the fresh sea air and Oregon sunshine. This is a great place to watch for whales as the waves roll up onto the beach. There is an inviting hot tub and a fenced side yard for extra space. Inside, enjoy comfortable living with a split level floor plan. The upper level is a great room with plenty of comfortable seating, a wood stove for cool nights and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Step down just a few stairs to three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a fun game room in the garage with a basketball game and a foosball table. The master bedroom has an ocean view with a king bed and a 30" television. There is an ensuite master bath for your comfort. The other two bedrooms share the hall bathroom and each are furnished with queen beds and 30" televisions. One bedroom also has a twin futon and an ocean view! The deeded beach access is just a short walk from this great neighborhood beach home! Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times. Sleeps up to 6- 3 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 twin futon, 2 baths Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules. Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. Please contact our office with any questions. This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

While a bit worn, the place was perfect for our party of 7. We were disappointed the futon shown in one of the bedrooms wasn't there as it was to be the bed for our granddaughter. Ample kitchen supplies all well labeled. Knives were actually sharp! Hot tub was enjoyed and it wasn't too long a walk to the beach

The home was in a fantastic location and a cozy place for my family to stay for the weekend. Hearing the ocean waves crashing down on the beach in the morning was amazing and the hot tub was a lot of fun too. Would recommend staying here.

it was fine
Overall the rental was fine, it was not super clean, but clean enough. the linens were cheap and felt old and not very warm. there was no place to sit on the deck. which is one of my biggest complaints. an ocean view deck without chairs just sucks.
the stove and appliances were bad. we tried to cook breakfast and the combo of cheap pans and coil electric stove was difficult. the neighbors were a bit nosey. anytime we went outside they were watching us and if we went outside after dark they flicked on their porch lights. sort of weird.
the coffee pot does not shut off on its own. which we did not know and left on all day and night, not super safe.
the plus of this rental is that we had three dogs with us and it was great for them. their is a little side yard, and not that any human would want to stand in it, the dogs could go out to pee and be safe from the road.
also the beach is great! it goes forever and isnt crowded. its about a five to ten minute walk to the beach depending on the shape your in, but its not bad.
overall the place was fine and considering we brought the dogs it was great for our needs.
i would not rent this place if i really wanted a romantic ocean front home. thats not what this is. but for what it is. its fine.

The view is amazing but to pay that much and the dryer not working when paid for hot tub was bad. Also fans were dirty really bad couldn't use bbq cause it was a hazard to say the least. They did offer to wash clothes at their office but who wants to spend time worrying about that when on vacation.

A Much-Needed Getaway in a Great Spot
The place was such a great spot for a change of scenery during the pandemic. Enough space for our whole family, and so clean! The place was stocked with games and beach toys to keep our kids entertained. We loved being so close to the beach, which was almost always empty, so our dogs had space to run. The hot tub and the view capped it all off. I can’t wait to book again!

Generally nice place. Would suggest allowing the jacuzzi to be hotter and better jets. Not very good settings for the winter.
Also unclear why there wasn't any way to use the TV in the living room.
Also lots of firewood with nothing obvious for cutting the wood into sizes for the fireplace. or wood already sized to fit.

Lovely, quiet getaway
My 3-person quarantine bubble was looking for a long weekend getaway at the Oregon Coast, and our time at this rental was just what we wanted.
All was as advertised, which was nice. The proximity to the Sandy beach was excellent, and we were happy to have been able to bring our dog. The rooms have individual temperature control, which was nice; and there were games and movies at the property to occupy us during the rainy days. We also got to use the wood stove and appreciated the pre cut wood stacked in the garage. Overall lovely experience. We needed to contact the property manager once after hours to deal with a low battery on the CO detector, and experienced very swift responses to our inquiry via text.

The house was very clean and adorable! My family had a great time playing in the game room, relaxing in the hot tub and taking the short walk to the beach. I highly recommended this property!
