Clean unit and as shown in pictures. Sufficient linens & kitchen supplies. NO Wi-fi! Don’t plan on doing any work unless you have a hotspot. Only cable TV, no streaming. TVs are small in size and the den tv is the only one that would connect for us. No umbrella on patio as pictured. Charter Landing itself is a perfect setting as we have family there & have stayed on the property several times in the past 3 years.

Maybe we should have read the reviews more closely. When we arrived, we wandered around the complex trying to figure out which unit we had rented. The check-in instructions gave no indication whatsoever. We had to message the host to figure out which one. That was frustrating. No wi-fi ... really? That's silly these days. No ability to login to our streaming accounts to watch our shows and games ... more silliness. The microwave doesn't work. It was hard to keep the light from the parking lot out of the bedroom to sleep. No light in the primary shower - and the vent fan doesn't work. Positives: good location, A/C works, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, ice maker works.
